I feel like if you have to ask them to put more lettuce on the sub 3 times it’ll be downhill.First of all, with veggie subs it would be nice for them to not be chincey with the toppings. I have never had to ask someone to keep adding vegetables onto my sub. She would put 3 cucumbers etc.. very unhappy and so was the middle aged man working with her. Asked for a little bit of mustard and my sub was dripping. I almost shed a tear seeing her put all that sauce on my sub.
Subway always a good fall back for a simple and relatively healthy lunch. Enjoyed the "vigorous " and loud conversation between the owners (working behind the counter...).
I have ordered 5 subs thru app. Looks like store does not want to do the business. The mid-age man in his 35s-40s, (Indian Gujarati) was so rude and not looking happy making my order.1. All 5 subs were not toasted. I had to ask him to make my subs toast as per my order, he clearly ignored.2. Unhygienic!!! The same guy was moping and making my orders- without changing gloves.3. Rude- if you can't treat your customer good, don't treat them bad! Give respect and take respect.Never going back to this Subway for sure.
It was worst experience with Veggie patty sub, the bread was not toasted properly, the guy was very kind of rude , not interested in making with dedication, no taste at all just waste of money and I told him to grill it but he refused even i just put only 2 sauces. Not recommending this location to anyone.
I had very little veggies and sauce was very less. Also, bread was not properly toasted. I would not prefer this location again and never recommend something to anyone.
Horrible small servings. Rip off will never return. Why would owner be so cheap when he will lose our business forever now?
Worst sub i have ever had as there is very few sauces include in the sub.In addition, vegges are also not of good quality.
I was a subway fan till now and I tried almost all the subway in Waterloo but this one is the worst I came through.
i went there today for veggie foot long around 3:55pm the Guy was super Rude he didn't greet Seems like he is so unhappy to see customers in the store.. he didn't say a single word and even didn't put any veggies in my foot long its hardly 2 pieces of cucumber slices etc.. He Really needs training u guys need good staff who welcomed customer and knows how to make good subs.. very bad exoerience ..
They should really teach their employees to make subs. I got a turkey footlong and all the sauce was outside the sub instead of in.
