This used to be my favourite Starbucks to go to but you slowly keep disappointing me, every order I’ve got in the last couple months is wrong every time.. I’ve slowly stopped coming. I’m done I’m not paying 6 dollars for a drink that isn’t made correctly.
It would have been nice for them to mark on their menu which items are out of stock instead of being stuck in a long lineup for them to tell me after the fact. ???

I usually love this location and I drive the extra 10 min to come here, but for some reason today the service wasn’t the greatest :(I’m assuming she’s a new hire since I haven’t seen her before ( she was working window today around 4:25pm ish) but all she did was complain. Told me she didn’t want to be there, how she hated working the window. The girl behind her looked pretty shocked about how she was complaining to a customer… I get it sometimes people have bad days but I’ve never experienced something like that coming from this location.This location is usually happy and cheerful, that’s why I come here but the last few visits interacting with the new hires have been quite negative.Other than that I have nothing but nice things to say about the people who have been working there for awhile, especially Rita! She is always so kind and welcoming every time I come in!!
Dining room closed no sign stating so, staff member was eating in it. Only found out after I purchased and needed to sit down to do work.
Lady working the drive thru taking orders was extremely rude to me and my wife.
Horrible horrible horrible horrible. Why cant they understand the meaning of LESS ICE (why put 4 cups of ice) when I politely requested LESS ICE several times. Came home to a full cup and extremely disappointed wife.
This Starbucks is the best I've been to! I've never met nicer staff anywhere. They always make our day and are super nice to our dog. I don't know what it is about this location, but I always leave smiling. I don't usually write reviews but I want to today. Thank you to the amazing staff here!
Fist time in years to Starbucks and it was a bit disappointing. I know this store is usually one of the best so sucks to give them only 3 stars. I waited 30 plus minutes when there was only two orders ahead of mine in store. And about 3-4 order ahead orders. Somehow the sticker got lost and barista forgot after verbally being told about my missed drink. Maybe the pos barista can right it down on cup when stickers get lost.
