Way too much ice
This location is awesome! I just had to stop in there to have a drink remade because a different location gave me the wrong one. They were up in arms about it (jokingly) and they made the proper drink and it is heavenly.Can I give 10 stars?
I’m not sure if this is the right starbucks, but the one in science teaching centre has HORRIBLE customer service. Barista are very unpleasant every time I go, which is a lot
When numerous reviewers said the customer service here was poor, they're surely not wrong. I'm never the person to write reviews but this experience was just beyond disappointing.

Good location with amazing staff. Avoid the peak hours.

Really busy location at peak hours but quick service and nice staff. There is lots of seating but during busy times it fills up fast. Conveniently located next to a new vegan and vegetarian restaurant on campus, Frsh!
There's often a massive lineup due to the number of students here, but occasionally there is no lineup during lecture hours. Also the hours depend on school terms (Fall and winter term usually closes at 7 on weekdays and open on saturdays till 3, spring term closes at 3 on weekdays and closed on saturdays).
