This location is so great, because the people who work there are so lovely! Always impressed by the energy there - Dom never fails to make you smile, Ayse is so sweet and hardworking, Nina’s always workin their tail off and making the best drinks, and so many more incredible employees work together to make this a great spot to stop in - So grateful to have this amazing team as my local go-to! Y’all are great!

Very rarely had to wait for my order pickup to be ready, ordering 5 min before arrival. staff is very polite.the pickup section needs to be reworked somehow. if you come before your drink is ready you wait for it to be made then pick it up at the counter, however the staff don't call your name out loud enough over the rest of the guests for you to be certain that your drink is ready. to check if your drink was ready you can wait till one of the busy staff is able to confirm for you or you look at the name on the cup. during winter the name on the cup is blocked by the cardboard holder sleeve. you can either wait for one of the staff to come by the pickup counter again to check the drink or you can take a chance, assume its yours and pull the sleeve down enough to reveal the name. if your wrong you just touched someone else's drink for no reason other than you cant tell who's orders are showing up at pickup. if the app was more responsive or if the name wasn't covered by the sleeve that would make the process so much better, which it is for the rest of the year just not winter. this is more a problem for starbucks corporate to solve, however the staff at this store could speak up just a little bit like the ones in STC so that people can hear their name.

Got a grande iced blonde americano here today and it clearly was 2 shots rather than the 3 it’s supposed to have OR their blonde espresso was pulling incorrectly/the hopper was partially empty. The drink literally tasted like water that someone whispered “espresso” next to.My bf went back to ask them for a remake and was told “sorry it’s bc there was too much water in it, we’ll put less ice in it this time” which makes absolutely zero sense since an americano is literally just espresso and water. For context I’ve been a barista for 4 years so I know if an americano was made correctly or not.I order from this location frequently - in fact I got the exact same drink yesterday and it was made perfectly. Yesterday’s was very noticeably darker as well and didn’t taste like literal water. If you made a mistake just own up to it and apologize, it’s not difficult to do.

Always picked up mobile orders from here, never had a problem. Sometimes the line is long so it's better to order ahead. Cappuccino and Latte taste pretty meh, but flat white is good. The staff has always been friendly and courteous.

They reduced the number of tables and they won’t let you to use the tables on the left side of the store even though no one use them! “It’s employee use only” because they think they are more important than their customers! So I was waiting 30min inside the store near the empty tables just to have a table to sit which I couldn’t finally and left! Good job guys! prioritize yourself then your customers!

If you come here you can expect the usual: semi overpriced drinks that actually do taste pretty darn good. Unique to this location, however, is a random box filled with condiments obstructing an entire row of seats! This is an egregious infraction on the customer experience! Employees are nice though.

The lids are never pressed on firmly enough by the barista's. Other then the odd scolding hot coffee spilled on my lap, not a bad experience here.

Best customer service ever !All the Baristas are so polite

Great location, but always busy! If you get there when there's a rush, you'll wait ages for your drink. Hardly the staff's fault, but highly recommend pre-ordering through the app

Sorry, the only Starbucks where the outlets are not working, and your employees are totally unaware of it. You may as well remove the outlets completely: it will be less confusing to the young professionals.
