Sooo I go to Starbucks a ton. And today I had the worst service. Janice has got to be the most unpleasant person to deal with. I asked a super simple question and got the worst response. "HI there! Just curious if I can use my stars today with the Roger's outage?"-me "Nope, common sense would tell you because we can't take debit we also can't take stars as payment. If you don't have cash leave"-her. I HAD CASH IN MY WALLET AND WAS JUST ASKING. I ordered my iced coffee and let the other worker behind the cold bar know how horrible my service and they answered with "well that's not my issue" so long story short I won't be returning and will be reaching out to cooperate. I used to be a partner at Starbucks and know exactly how things are supposed to work and customers are always #1 Especially when asking simple question. I'm extremely disappointed.
I’m in the area for work so I come in for the strong coffee, staff are always friendly and my wife loves their london fog lattes. One less star because on lunch break I saw a roach (not a good sign). I know businesses are struggling from Covid but I hope they get that under control because this location is so convenient.
Usually love this Coffee shop at Waterloo Square. Good coffee - friendly staff. BUT today - no toilet paper in washroom (which I only noticed TOO LATE). Dirty patio tables and overflowing garbage containers. Not exactly what you want to see in this post COVID world.
Great spot for a cafe ride for a coffee. Outdoor seating, covered from the sun, and people watching are all good reasons:)
Nothing spectacular could use a more comfy environment and more seating. Quick and efficient team and needs to have better tea and hot chocolate.
One of my favourite locations! Friendly, clean and they always make my drink correctly.
Super busy, was very uncomfortable waiting near so many people. There was no good place to stand. Had to keep moving away from homeless or others who would come right behind my husband and I.
The staff at the Fergus location are so incredibly friendly. I love visiting there and they make it such an enjoyable experience.
This starbucks is one of a kind!The staff are top tier, they always compliment me of the spelling of my name.Always clean - the line could be 15 people long and they still make the check out process so fast & waiting for drinks when slammed busy always & I mean always still great timing.Thank you to all staff at this starbucks for making my coffee runs more enjoyable!
This is my favourite Starbucks. The staff is incredible. Especially Cass for her kind gesture. My phone died right at the register, I asked if anybody had iPhone charger. She was so kind and offered the drinks for free. Looking for a way to pay this kindness back.
