I just bought pizza first from waterloo location. Disgusting pizza ever i had in my life . They should give right training to there employees.They don't know how to make pizza at all . Plus waiting time 25 mints seriously ?. Just wanna let u know as customer if your pizza quality stays like this u will loose your business.
Just ordered pizza from this location while eating the pizza I got hard piece of glass in my mouth which I almost swallowed. Big negligence of the employees. Never going to order it again. My order number is 258773
I was trying to order the pizza and the cashier was saying they do not have the drivers. I’m surprised how are they running their business. The location for the delivery is 2.3 km only but they were not able to accept the order. Moreover, they gave no update i was waiting for them. Also, last time their driver broke our pop bottle. We did not get it. They used to be best before I don’t know what’s happening now…No professional customer service over the callI don’t like posting the reviews because everyone makes mistakes but this thing made me to do it

Popular pizza is really famous all over in Kitchener l. I usually eat from here and most of the time they are really good but today’s pizza is not so good. While ordering I asked them to add ginger and coriander on the pizza but no taste of that thingsUsually I ask them to make normal pizza but today first time I paid for extra cheese but I didn’t find any different normal pizza and Extra cheese pizza.But overall they most time they are good just little disappointed this time.
If i could give zero stars i would’ve given them. Literally every review says hair is in the pizza but i gave it try but still got this there were 2 hairs strands in the pizza . It’s gross and disgusting. Won’t recommend eating here.
