I love Popeye in general, but I hated this location.I ordered via their website and had it scheduled to be picked up in restaurant. I arrived and showed them the receipt, they confirmed the order# and then another person came and confirmed my order from the team, and then another person confirmed. But nobody could get me my order, I waited 15 minutes. By lunch break was completely wasted and I had to work the rest of the day hungry! The staff there, they don't really care about the customer. Never gonna visit this location again!
One of the worst place for sure. We used drive through, ordered 16pcs combo. 5min after when we reach the first window, the server asked "were out of spicy flavour. Can we give 6 pcs with mild? If you want spicy, you have to wait 15min" so I said "yeah sure" since i dont wanna wait another 15min in DRIVE THRU. 20min min after the first conversation we got our meal (mild lol) and got home, just to find out the chickens are undercooked. Will never go back to this place.
Best Popeyes experience I've ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I felt welcomed as soon as I came in. A nice gentleman took my order; he seemed new but got so much support from his coworkers that the positive vibe extended throughout the whole establishment. The food was fresh and warm. I remember the gravy in particular.I absolutely recommend the 3 tender meal with a sprite + fanta beverage. Ice mandatory. I love Popeyes’ chicken! Great flavor, well-fried, and all around delicious. Their fries had their awesome cajun flavor, and although the biscuits I had were a bit overdone, they also tasted really good. It’s been a long time since I last ate here, but I’m glad the food still leaves me as satisfied as I remember.
Everything was perfect over there. Its s best place to visit if you are craving for a chicken. I ordered 8 piece family meal and got a fresh crispy chicken with a very fast speed of service m. I really appreciate this place.
Possibly one of THE WORST experiences I've ever had at any fast food establishment. My boyfriend and I order our food at the window due to their speaker being down. The service was slower than usual but that wasn't a problem so we waited. The bathroom was disgusting and the womens washroom had no toilet paper. Anyways, we ordered 2 tender combos, one with a poutine and the other was supposed to come with fries like any other combo typically would. I ordered a side gravy. When we realized our fries were missing, I went inside to let them know and instead was fought with. We SPECIFICALLY ordered combos. A main, a side, a drink. +any extras. My gravy was entered in as part of my combo? All a misunderstanding but I refuse to pay for something that I already paid for and was a mistake on both ends. I ordered my meal the way it was supposed to be prepared. Not to be argued with and refused.I certainly won't be back to this location if that's how you handle these types of situations. Instead of being petty, acknowledge the mistake and talk your customer through it. Explain where the miscommunication must have been done and FIX it.
Overall Review: 2.4/5 (I have to round down to 2 for the system though)I was never given my receipt so unlike some of my other reviews, I cannot add the price of these items to each item. Also I ordered their Buffalo Ranch Sandwich (combo with Onion Rings as the side), Ghost Pepper Wings, a Biscuit and two orders of their 8 piece nuggets. I did not get one of my orders of 8 piece nuggets which is unfortunate as I travelled there by bus and as previously mentioned I was not given a receipt so I cannot go back and get the nuggets I’m missing. I’m a little bummed out about that as I’m sharing the food with friends and now someone is missing their meal but such is life. Whatever packaging they use on their sandwiches is extremely good as my sandwich was still hot even after the bus ride and walk back to my residence. The sandwich itself was also absolutely amazing. My only critique is the onion rings I ordered were not as well packaged and were in fact soggy by the time I got to eating them so it was not a particularly enjoyable experience for my mouth, but I didn't mind too much since the sandwich is the main part.Item 1: 8 Piece Nuggets x2Rating: 3/5The nuggets were about what I expected. I only got one set of them though so that was… not ideal. Worst place ever. ?. No hygiene. I saw one of the kitchen helpers picking his nose then picked the food. Staff were nasty.

if i could zero stars i would, the manager is so disrespectful and rude and i truly wanna know who put her in charge. My friend asked for buttermilk ranch but she gave her buffalo. We asked to exchange it and she said she can’t change it because of covid. she kept saying we have to pay extra for it. so we tried again shortly after when one of the other employees exchanged it, then she started YELLING across the store asking us to bring it back… i thought “precautions “ were not allowing me to give anything back. her attitude made the experience awful it’s not about the 30 cents sauce it’s about the disrespectfulness. never coming here again and do not recommend this franchise.
