Very bad service. Waited for around 45 minutes and received a burned pizza.
Plastic in slice of pizza which I had in my mouth. Unsanitary environment. They use bare hands to make pizza and touch garbage without washing hands in between. Disrespectful workers. Disgusting.
I give no stars to the pizza pizza on Albert street in Waterloo .I opened up my pizza and it looked like a checker board . The one guy thought it was funny to put bbq sauce over my Hawaiian pizza . He is like I hope it’s ok that I did that I’m like are you nuts what makes you think this is ok. He is like I will make you a new one I’m like no Need to make me a new one I will never eat here again after watching the 3 of you doing what your doing to other customer’s pizzas. Never have I seen such dirty and careless workers at this location.I was so disappointed I got my money back and I will never return to this location again.
Best customer service by the guys at pizza pizza. They made a great pizza. My favourite is chicken barbecue. I love this place

Ordered the meat lovers pizza for myself and it tasted great. The store is newly renovated from the inside and looks super nice to dine in as well.

Horrible experience. I am in the store right now. Primarily the order wasn’t taken correctly. 25.97 for a large pizza and moon sticks was unimaginable. Order received 25m late while in-store dining. The staff was highly confused in making one order. Moon sticks for dine in and pizza for takeout was the order but they forgot to make the moon sticks.
