This restaurant should be closed for severe lack of cleanliness. Washrooms are worse than a truck stop washroom honestly. Counters were wiped with dirty cloths you could tell bc it dried soo streaky / greasy still. If the things customers can see are that dirty I can only imagine what cleanliness is lacking behind the counter where the food is made. Just angry I paid for food before noticing everything around me. VERY disappointing from a restaurant. Cleanliness should be #1

Took my grandma to Osmows for the first time today. She really enjoyed the new flavours of the chicken on the rocks! I also had chicken on the sticks for the first time and fries were awesome!
This never happened to me, this location skimpped out on the chicken and sauce for my order. This was during $8 promotion. Unfortunate
Osmows never misses. I feel like the new bags look good and all but practically not so much. Little hassle getting food out and lot larger as well. Plastic were easier to open and you could keep your food upright while pulling out. I’m sure these new bags cost more as well.
If you love Shawarma and your are craving why not try it while you shop as well lol
Enjoyed my meal, but not nearly as good as Mozy's or some of the other shawarma places in the region. If you're close to the restaurant, go for it, but don't go out of your way for it. The staff were friendly and the food was prepared quickly.
Usually I don't rate average places, however Google was asking again n again for review.So here is my review.It's okay, average taste average service. There is a lot of room to improve in taste, Service and freshness.Same size of shawarma is at better price in mississauga.
Below average. Food has a standardized, impersonal feel to it. Not at all authentic. For the amount charged, there are so many other better options
Went in to this location recently around noon for a chicken shawarma wrap...First try, they did not have any chicken...Next day, they did not have any wraps...Not sure when I will try again, but I remember the wrap was pretty tasty.
