I love Now Tea! It is very good- they have a decent variety and the staff is always nice. My only complaint would be that the regular sized drinks are actually quite small in comparison to other equally priced/yummy bubble tea shops. Still amazing though!
My favourite bubble tea place for the last couple of years, the variety, quality, and taste is great. However, lately the wait time is super long… today we’ve been waiting for our order for 30 mins, just to get 2 cups of tea. It’s too long for this kind of place. The customer service isn’t always the best either.. I understand the order list however people who came to order in person are the priority then online orders. Same as when you have a client in front of you - it’s priority then the person who is on phone.. I don’t know the logistics should be better. I’m in search of a new place, kind of disappointed
My wife makes me drive from Cambridge at least once a week sometimes more for their tea. One of the best teas she has had and she has tries them all... I would know I've driven her to all of them...For me their slashes are not bad and I love their no face tip jar and simple points system for free tea.Go. Well worth it.
1st time at NOW tea!! Would say really enjoyed & will visit again! Tried Mango slushie, pearl milk tea, jasmine tea & star for me was lychee green tea with coonut jelly, basil seeds & brown sugar pearls! Really liked how you can customise sugar and ice as per personal preference. The staff there was also really helpful at making recommendations from vast menu!
This place was an unexpected surprise! Very friendly guy working at the front counter that engaged in conversation and joked around with us. They have a huge variety of tea's which makes it overwhelming if it's a first time for you but are happy to share info and find something that will suit your pallet. Some of the best bubble tea I've had! The only reason I didn't rate them 5 star is because it was a tad in the pricey side.
A little gem hidden on Lester!Their pearls come with a bit of brown sugar coating, making them tastier than their competitors.There are also so many teas to choose from! I think some of the exotic flavours are hit-or-miss but I like their classics like tianguanyin.
Now Tea's Purple Milk tea and mango slush definitely meet our criteria. Located at 280 Lester St #106, Waterloo, ON N2L 3W5, is Now Tea an up-and-coming bbt store. The pearl milk tea was amazing, not too sweet, and quite flavorful, it was one of the best Pearl Milk Teas I've ever had! On the other hand, the mango slush was so refreshing and once the weather get's better and we're in summer time, I'll definitely be getting this drink daily to help cool of summer heat~ Additionally, the drink didn't taste like artificial mango, so it tasted really fresh. The staff were great and the ambience of the restaurant was quite cozy as well, its a perfect place for an date or a place to study once things open up again! I highly recommend giving this place a try as their drinks are quite high quality with reasonable prices!
Great spot for bubble tea, really enjoy the fruit flavoured ones. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable with suggestions.
Great quality drinks and service. The price is reasonable compared to some others in the area. I absolutely LOVE their fruit teas, I've had every single one as well as ones from every other place nearby and I can confidently say these ones are the best. I also love how many unique flavours they have (pineapple, cranberry, etc.) in additional to the normal ones (melon, peach, etc.)
This place has some of the best bubble tea in the Waterloo region. Love Pearl Milk and Oolong teas. The tapioca pearls always have near perfect consistency.
