Disappointed! No customer service, no eye contact, or acknowledgement. Guy did not understand what I asked him, cuts the lamb leg with barely any meat left on it, despite me saying ‘NO, I do not want it’ charged me for it. 30+ dollars worth of Lamb (bones and fat) sitting in my freeze for weeks now! Never again!
This place (meat section) has no commitment to their customers.I ordered a specific type of meat in advance and I was supposed to receive a call when it’s ready, after few days I went there and there was no meat as they sold it to another customer. The thing that made me angry was they look at your eyes and lie instead of apologize !!They told me we called you 4 5 times however I hadn’t received any call.I counted on that for my guests and now I have nothing!I should’ve listened to my friends advice and stayed away from this place.Poor customer service plus untrustworthy butchers

I come there for a good choice of maamoul (cookies filled with dates).However I don't like when a business is closed 15 minutes before official closing. It was closed at 7:45 pm ( or maybe even earlier).

Always have what we need with huge variety of products from different countries. Butchers are very helpful too and let us know when cuts will be coming in stock so we can plan when we need something special.
It is a grocery store that contains almost what you need of food, its prices are lower than other markets, their treatment of customers is excellent
