I am sad that they are closing their quick and friendly as soon as walk in the door The only place we go for subs We will miss you guys all the best for you John and Shannon
Absolutely incredible staff. I dropped by there this past Sunday to buy a couple of subs. I was amazed at how welcoming the staff made me feel. Whoever runs this place has done an amazing job training his/her staff.
The staff here were very accommodating and patient with our allergy concerns. We will be coming back to eat here again soon. For gluten-free people: the new keto bun actually tastes good, and not “gritty” like other buns. It’s actually similar to brown bread in taste and texture.
Tried the new Chicken Gyro Sub. It was out of this world. I'm very picky with food, so when I say this was fabulous, its no lie.Sooooo good. The staff were so friendly and courteous. I would give them 5 stars. Keep up the wonderful service and fabulous food.
Oh.my.god.I missed Mr.Sub !!!On my way to get some take out, saw this place out of the corner of my eye!Best sandwich making experience ever! The people behind the counter were amazing. They made my sandwich exactly the way it should be.Took our food home to eat and all I can say is , WOW!I will be getting subs at Mr. Sub from now on, the same way it was when I was younger. When Mr.Sub was the only place to get a sub. Thanks again Mr.Sub !!
After a long drive we stopped for a sub and what a refreshing stop that was. The customer service was excellent! Thank you so much for making us smile and filling our bellies. ?
My late Mother use to walk in and order subs with the team and would usually see the Owners. They had a connection and I loved how my MUM would appreciate the value of food, yet more of conversation. I love all of that too! So am grateful that the people that took care of my Mum remember her and passed that down to Mr. Sub today. I am the A E T Awe Moo's daughter. John, I hope you have a great business with awesome menu items going forward. Thanks for letting your staff choose for me today. Trust them, cause I did. Thanks John for taking care of your staff as well! Till we chat again...A E T Awe Moo
Asking employees to do volunteer shifts and talking to them rudely is how they serve the best customer service? I was there for my interview and my first day! I was really excited to give my shift a great start. And all my shift, they made me uncomfortable by saying, you don't know this? You don't know that? Like hey? It's my first day, make me learn something then only I will practice and do it. And all the time, the guy was just comparing his Mr sub with other locations by saying he serves the best sub! I was so disappointed by their behaviour towards me. They say hi, hello, how are you today to their customers, but they should learn more about how to talk to their employees. I wish google had a chance to give ratings in a negative score; I would have marked that. That day I lost all my confidence positivity around me. Like how can someone be so rude to their employees? Sorry, but if you are reading this, I must tell you it's not only about serving the best customer service when you are not caring for your employees.
Amazing experience. The vibe was so warm. Owner and the person making the footlong was so humble and friendly. Felt like home plus the amazing foot long which I had reminded me of my Home country. Cheers guys you are doing an amazing job.Whenever you have time, visit this amazing place and say hi to people there!
