A family staple, we have been going here for years. The shawarma is on point and is the best we've eaten anywhere.We didn't have anything to say of the service, until recently that is.A couple weeks ago we ordered shwarma plates and asked for garlic sauce on the side. They forgot the sauce completely which was very frustrating. We called the restaurant to complain, and a gentleman told us he would drop it off. 10 mins later someone came from the restaurant dropping off 2 large bowls of garlic sauce. We were so impressed by the service and attention to customer satisfaction.We will definitely be going, again and again, and always recommend Moozy's to all out of town family and friends
This is THE best shawarma place in Ontario i cant lie, the chicken here is like beyond perfect I’ve never had a problem with any of the food they serve. Ive tried everything on their menu. The food is one thing but the customer service is another customer service is amazing they are always nice. But who ever made this shawarma place needs a medal mashallah. You guys must open a location in mississauga. Ive been traveling 80 km to eat shawarma?
Food it's really nice.Today's the guy using a hat, who had prepared my Shawerma, was with the nose outside facemask, first thing I did not liked. Second and I am not pretty sure if is a practice of this food, this guy has cleaned 1 meter marble table with my wrap, before placing it in the pan. Instead of just picking it and placing it, he just dragged around the table catching probably all germens that came from his nose outside mask. So this make me a pretty bad experience here.
This place used to be serve quality wraps with sufficient quantities at a decent price. Unfortunately that's no longer the case Nowadays their wraps are flavourless and cold. The portion size been reduced. Plus they've increased their prices. All in all this place is dying
Chicken shawarma plateShawarma was below average with some cartilage , rice was ok but oily .total an below ordinary experience .
Decided to give this place a try today and glad I did. I ordered online for pick up, and was a little skeptical, but the the falafel wrap was one of the best I've ever had.I ordered extra lettuce, extra tomato and extra sauce and they nailed it. The wrap was ripped but I guess that's what I get for stuffing it so full.The falafel were fluffy, moist and flavourful and the online ordering offered the option of paying when I got there which many don't offer.Give these guys a try, you won't regret it!
I use to rate mozy’s 5 star earlier. It was awesome. After almost 1 year I tried yesterday and found bad taste, low quantity and quality. At night I found my stomach is upset. I took medicine middle of the night to feel better. I think people changed there and they are not maintaining it.
The classic chicken shawarma wrap cannot be beat! My daughter and I ordered one each and we never made it home as we could not resist eating it in the parking lot! Their sauce is to die for and I always get hot sauce on as well!
I don't know why there is high rating from people. I never had worst shawarma wrap like you guys make anywhere before. There are far better locations to go. Avoid this place.
I got food poisoning after eating my chicken shawarma meal. I felt disgusting and politely informed the store the following day. The staff denied my sickness and did not believe me. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me he wasn't here and I couldn't speak to him. I tried calling back again but no one picked up. Extremely disappointed, especially when I was just trying to inform them of any spoiled ingredients to avoid anyone else getting sick but instead I was poorly treated.Also got this nasty hair in my meal once.
