This time was okay. My daughter chose it for her and her brothers birthday dinner (which they did nothing for even though it was mentioned at booking), beer tasted watered down and some other issues which they fixed, so not mentioning those. Overall it was still a good dinner and night out. Our server was good with anticipating refills and was quick.
Service was excellent. A little slow, but they were very busy. Angel, our waitress was attentive, and polite. The food was good!
Quiet afternoon on a holiday Monday. Our server, Portia, was great and very attentive. The 3 of us enjoyed our dinner immensely. Montana's is a regular jaunt for us and a great place to take the family to when they're in town.
Mother’s Day dinner
When we arrived at Montana’s for dinner, it was quite packed for a Monday night. We were offered a seat right away and given menus.After ordering, our food took a while but our waiter let us know that a big party just finished ordering so it might take a bit longer. We waited about 20 minutes for the burger and wings. Mondays are half priced wings & we got the mild sauce with blue cheese dipping. It was a little too sour for my preference but my friend liked it. I appreciated that they separated the burger and fries for us. The gravy sauce for the fries was amazing, I highly recommend it. The fries were fresh and crispy. But the burger was only okay for us, the patty was on the dry end, there was too much bbq sauce that it was difficult to taste anything else and the onion ring was too thick.Our waiters checked in on us a few times and we never had to call for them. They brought us more water without us even asking. They were great communicators. Overall, I would recommend this place, I would try different things on the menu next time!
My partner visit this location one and awhile, probably about 6 times since moving to KW last year. The service has been amazing. We usually end up in one of Di's table and she is so friendly and kind, always remembers up. This last visit on Thursday, we had one of Porsche's tables and she was so bubbly and friendly with high energy and a great sense of humour. My partner and I love the staff here.Food wise, the food is delicious but kitchen mistakes happen sometimes (which is normal). The drinks are amazing, I've been to other locations and they aren't nearly as good as here. We still keep coming back, so must be good!
I ordered the steak fajitas. The steak was a bit tough but I ate it anyways. I don't know if I'll be coming back here or not.
Great atmosphere and service and amazing ribs! My friend enjoyed her pulled pork sandwich too.
Monday late lunch...nice quiet setting for my wife and I.Our server Kristina was very helpful and fun to chat with. Great discussion about Niagara wines that helped my wife decide on the wine to go with her meal. Food was hot and just as ordered and the beer and wine were perfect.The total experience was very enjoyable.We WILL be back...
Three of us dined there. While the food was good, all our meals were room temperature when we got them. This was unusual as we have dined there before and cold meals weren't an issue. Based on that, it would appear to be a rare off day for them.
