went late at night - pretty decent sandwich I would get it again but not at that price. Took roughly 20 minutes for two sandwiches and a milkshake that just tasted like melted icecream and water. Overall impressed with sandwiches though!

It was my first time here. Food was amazing. Customer service was exceptional. Very kind and patient staff. Very welcoming. Checked up on us to see how our meal was. I will 100% return here again

Got the red buffalo chicken melt, it taste good...but there wasn't much chicken in there. Only half the sandwich had chicken. For the prices it's criminal. I'd recommend a different sandwich shop.

Customer service needs improvement. Food is pretty good. Vegan options are available and tasty. Music is loud the vibe could be better if it matched the employee’s customer service. Overall Uber eats is the best way to eat from here. They charge extra for things like asking for sauce on the side instead of the sandwich..

This place always has the kindest stuff and it is the best place to get vegan comfort food in KW. The quality is really good, everything we've had there has been super tasty and very fair pricing. Highly recommended especially for vegans looking for yummy treats or eating with meat eaters and vegetarians. Great diverse menu.

I’m sitting here waiting for my order.3 people waiting in front of me. 3 people behind me.I placed my order 15 minute ago, and not one person has received their food since I placed my order.I don’t leave bad reviews often. But I can’t believe what I’m a part of here!I could have ordered, received my food, and eaten it in this amount of time, and the one employee isn’t even working on my order yet.

The tater tots and the grilled cheese sandwiches are actually quite good here I like the fact they now offer vegan options

My original review was 5 stars because the service was fast and ingredients were consistent, but changed my review to 2 stars because there was only 1 person working (taking orders and making sandwiches) so it took forever to get my order.Additionally, the ingredients were more consistent before, I always order extra cheese on my sandwich and even though they are charging 4 times as they used to charge me before for extra cheese on 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, the person barely put any extra cheese on them.

There were so many sandwiches I wanted to try but I opted for the mac attack (mac and cheese sandwich). I added the taters as well - it was a piggy kind of night. The person working there was very personable and engaging while I waited. Very friendly service. There are a lot of other sandwiches I'd like to try, so I'll come back.

Was really excited to try their vegetarian poutine as there are so many good reviews here. We paid $19.22 for two regular poutines, but were super disappointed to see how small the portions were. The guy who made them actually called up our orders as "2 small poutines", but when I pointed out that we ordered the regular size, he said he misspoke and that they were the regular size... Not completely sure if he got the order wrong and was too lazy to remake it or if the portions are actually that tiny lol.The poutine itself is pretty good, but for the price, It's not worth it for how much you get.
