Mediocre place to grab dessert near the university. The seating area is clean and had enough space. The place is self serve (you order up at the front). The staff are friendly and the atmosphere was nice and open. The dessert itself was ok - had the Signature Icy Grass Jelly. It was a decent size for the price and had enough toppings, but the taste itself was quite bland.
If you’re ever around the UW Plaza area, you’ve got to check out Meet Fresh! This cozy dessert place originated in Taiwan and they prioritize serving healthy desserts without preservatives made fresh~ The overall ambience of the place was quite nice, the staff was friendly and we received good service. I had ordered the Gemini Waffle and if there was one phrase I could use to describe the dish, it would be a symphony of fruits! The dish consisted of delicious waffles topped with freshly cut mangoes, strawberries, bananas and a dollop of ice cream. Meet Fresh’s waffles had a sweet crunch to it and were well-made. The choice of fruits complimented the waffles very well and didn't make the dish very heavy. The ice cream scoop was what brought the whole dish together since it made everything so smooth and creamy when put together with the fruits and waffles it takes this dish to another level! Very dissatisfaction. Will never be back !Charge me $10 for take out desert and all it comes was very very little topping and full of almond milk !!! Disgusting portions for the price ! And the taste is bland !!!If you like to waste your money for ice , water , almond milk and very little topping then here is the place to do that !

Idk but the quality seems worse than before. I ordered from them sometimes before and they were good. This time, it is horrible. The hot taro ball MAX tastes like nothing :)). Yehhh, Agree that the cup was full of black bean water (I saw complaints of others about the half-full cup), but the toppings are not enough!! Like of sugar, lack of taste!! The Coconut sago Drink is tasteless as well. literally, u buy the coconut milk from supermarket and put water in and warm them up. i saw a bit yellow oil on survey of the drink as well (like u boil the coconut milk w water and it will become that!). Umm, I think the Coconut Sago drink will taste much better if it cold, not hot ?Idk what to say, just hope the store control the quality in better way. i understand that it is Covid -19 and the stores had hard time dealing w that, but it is just too bad...
For $1.49 you can get double their portion sizes of the $8.99 Tofu Pudding at T&T instead and not get ripped off, it’s called “Sunrise Original Tofu Dessert” (it’s high quality packaged tofu pudding), but also pick up Taiwan Peanuts Soup 100% to mix. Then enjoy!(Alternatively if you’re wanting lots of freshly made pudding go to T&T and buy 1 carton of Superior Sweetened Soya Milk and 1 small box of Agar agar powder, it is prepared as easily as Jello by mixing 1tbsp of Agar Agar with 4cups of Soya Milk and it will give you many freshly made portions to enjoy with friends and family.)T&T Supermarket location:50 Westmount Rd N Unit B1, Waterloo, ON N2L 6N9
