I am not a fan of McD’s. But my family likes it so ?
I went through the drive thru and got two McDoubles to quickly get some food in before work. Went to the window and I was told I had to go wait. I didn't have time so as I tried to respond, the lady shut the door in my face and didn't allow me to respond. I get you're a massive franchise but respect goes a long way.In the end, I waited 10 minutes for 2 mcdoubles since I didn't really have a choice and they weren't even fresh.
Worst customer service asian girl tells me "I have to" I am a paying customer I don't have to do anything. The workers there don't care my sandwiches were sloppy tossed and sauce dripping to the point where I couldn't hold my sandwich, unacceptable rude ser ice very bad quality delivery of food. If you don't like your job don't work there.
It's McDonald's....this location is typically pretty decent with accuracy and speed of service.
Ordered off uber, food came cold af and Good thing i requested EXTRA lettuce and tomatos . . Is reading really that hard?
Waited 25 minutes for my mobile order to come out. I was then offered change for an item that was unavailable, that change did not include the tax or reflect the full value of what I paid for it. I received a cold meal and was short changed. Awful service.
Ordered 20 min ahead on the app to save time. And as always...every single f$#&ing time w pull in to the waiting spot. What's the point of ordering ahead if I still have to pull ahead and wait???? And it's always this location.
Consistently manages to miss things in my takeout. Whether it's the fries or nuggets. I have decided to stop in the drive thru, check I have gotten everything and then leave. It's a shame that the customer has to do this.
Food was predictably tasty but the service through the drive thru was quite slow. In the end we got our meal but it certainly wasn't fast food
This place was excellent. Great Tom Yum soup. Fried chicken wing was good. Century egg also good. Marinated shrimp also good. We went twice. One of the best we tried in Chiang Mia.
