saw a video ad to download the marble slab app to get offers. So I downloaded the app. When I went to pay, they had no clue what I was talking about. They had no scanner.

very quick service. they have calories displayed per oz but it doesn't say how many oz are in each cup size / cone

We ordered here through skip. I ordered the apple spice ice cream. Skip called me and said they were out of that kind. Fine, I asked for chai. Skip called me once again and said they didn’t have that one either. Alright, I asked for pumpkin cheesecake. They called me back once more and said they don’t have that flavour either. I asked why they aren’t taking it off their menu. They eventually did. Lastly I asked for pistachio instead. I got the order. I received mint. Completely ridiculous and so unorganized. I had to get my money back. Terrible serviceResponse to the owner: so are you blaming skip for giving me the wrong ice cream to or are you gonna take blame for that
i encountered a crazy person while waiting on line today. i went there at night to get ice cream. the lines were long and it was crowded. from the section that i was choosing the ice cream favours this guy infront of me kept saying something about me. then later when i went to choose the toppings it was the same spanish male who was infront of me was accusing me of almost stepping on him. which didn't make sense because i was a feet apart and i explained this guy it was crowded and there are lines so you can't have a ton of personal space. but this guy was being hateful to me for no reason kept on spewing nonesense continued to argue i almost stepped on him. at a point i complained to the indian employee with glasseswho was makng the topping for me but she just stood there and did nothing she didn't even reply even when i was being offended by this person for no reason. the employees could've cleary helped in that case but they just stood there watching this crazy person arguing with me nonstop. they could've made him leave or whatever. this crazy guy even said "thats what you guys like to do jump on other people" later on. how careless and unporfessional are the employees. the employee who was making my toppings i asked for help was absolutely careless and wanted nothing to do with it. i don't ever want to deal with situations like this again so please train employees better to address issues if i ask for help. one of the most unpleasent experiences in a shop.
more on the expensive side for icecream but nonetheless very tasty. would recommend the mango flavor with nerds mixed in !

They didn't do what Marble slab is famous for and charge for (mixing ice cream with toppings on a marble slab)Simply filled the cup with ice cream and dumped all topping on it.. Very disappointing experience!
Ice cream is superb but the staff is very rude. The boy who served our ice cream was so rude literally yelling. Also he was shy to add my toppings. Bad service ever. We pay gor the ice cream but service is not worth it .
