I love this franchise but from this location I love more university ave and highland one. The location is awesome as so many other shops around, night walk and park is near to it but sitting space is less in this one . I like chicken platter here with Greek salad as it comes with fries and rice but this location doesn’t include free drink with chicken platter as other location do, I guess highland one not sure, better call and confirm . Moreover , their taste quality is same in every location no difference.
A great place to grab a bite! The staple order is chicken on the rocks (rice) with copious amounts of garlic sauce. Obviously not the healthiest of foods to get, but far from the most unhealthy and good prices for the amount of food you get. There has been quick service every time I've went with the longest I've waited for my order being about 5 minutesParking: There is parking for the food places in this plaza, about 30-40 spaces
First time here. Came during covid 19 but dine in was still available although we got take out anyways. Very similiar food to Osmows but they put a lot of white sauce on their food. Overall I did like the food, and will probably return next time I am near a Lazeez. I also do recommend to those who like Osmows to give these guys a try!
Some of the guys in night crew are rude to customers and are always laughing whenever we visit the place. The green colour hair guy in night crew was arguing once. Even though they have falafal wrap but still they said no and they refuse to serve order. Another guy was so rude during providing order. My friend ordered falafal wrap then they provide to him but not me. This is kind of racism against me. I hate this place now.
As a regular customer, We can clearly identify the quality of the foods not great. Luckily there is a university and colleges nearby otherwise your business won't survive in this country. Unfortunately, I am unable to submit this review without Any stars.
I went to Lazeez king st plaza today after a week. Unlike my last visit, it was surprising to see how much they improved and cared about customer review. I ordered a lazeez on the rocks and got a box filled with hot rice and chicken, topped with garlic sauce and hot sauce. I highly recommend this place and hope they maintain the same standard
Shawarma is good.However, using CHEAP takeout containers. I live only 3 min away, but by the time I reach home, my take out box is all wet from the bottom. They use cardboard material takeout boxes.I know, Kitchener location uses better takeout containers.I stopped going this location despite good quality food due to this issue.
Do yourself a favour and go to a different location (like the one on highland road). This location is cheap. You pay way more than other locations, drink isn't included with the largest platters (like at other locations) and no topping for lazeez on the rocks! :(Too bad the location that gouges you is the one frequented by students...
Ordered chicken shawarma with fries and I would say I was very happy with the quantity and taste.The staff is nice and this location is also good as you can park and freely enjoy inside.
Ordering process was quick and easy - I liked the # of lines as a way to specify how hot you wanted your order. I had 3 lines and found that provided some good heat. I had their signature dish, Lazeez on the rocks.Order came very quick which I appreciated. The meal was good but not great. Some of the chicken felt dried out and had hard crunchy bits. The garlic sauce wasn't my favorite but that is a highly personal preference.I would try it again but wouldn't rush back.
