We ordered veg combo. And they served us chicken combo. When i went to complain, they refused. And patty was over cooked and completely burnt. The food was awful as wellAs customer service. Fries was burnt too.

Today I ate at conestoga mall at kfc very disappointed with the service got the colonel combo and the favore combo payed 30 dollars or so, they staff forgot to add the deserts cookies and dipping sause I went back to complain but nothing got done. They must a been short staff. Attn manager of kfc conestoga... ? Still hungry and mad
the staff dont listen when a customer order when they say soft tacos and they give hard the staff are more busy planning on there phones and i been getting warm pop also maybe its time to close this location and a change of staff at this location is really needed i will be going to another location.
Incompetent staff and rude demeanour when speaking with customers, after waiting for 20 mins just to order. This is probably one of the worst kfc locations in KW. The lady taking orders should not be walking away from the counter every 5 minutes when there is a line up of 10 people. KFC needs to re evaluate this franchise. The lady in the picture should not have a customer facing role, especially if she doesn’t understand what customer service entails.
I love KFC but the chicken today was absolutely terrible. The chicken was a dark, dark brown and tasted like it had been cooked in dirty oil. The chicken was bland and I have never known KFC to be flavourless.
They have literally disconnected the phone line at this location, like you cannot get a hold of them. I don’t expect a lot from KFC but you can’t even call this one to share complaints lol, they clearly do not care.
What is with serving warm pop with no ice? I understand if you give me cold pop with no ice....but how do you give 5 or 6 meals out in a row with warm pop and then everyone has to come back and complain? Fix the machines. How is this an ongoing issue?
The staff is completely incompetent. They take forever to make the smallest orders and there have been many times where the line will be incredibly long and the workers are just in the back talking. How does it take 20 minutes to put 3 chicken strips in a box?? Not to mention, they always have the longest lines at any of the restaurants in the food court. Not because they bring in more customers, but because they take over 15-20 minutes every time to prepare one singular taco.
I have visited many KFC outlets, but this one seems to be the most disappointing.1st time when visited and they said no chicken items available. Cant imagine KFC without chicken.2nd visit had Burger, which was okay can give 3/5.3rd visit ..that's today and i hope the last visit ever to this outlet..took fried chicken. Which felt like have been fried like multiple times..as the crust looked almost dark brown with black spots and falling apart. As well the oil felt overcooked, like its been used for ages.KFC at its worst.
