I paid for my food, wait 5 min's and the was told at least 20 more minutes for fresh chicken! Its Tuesday, how can they not have chicken ready? 20mins wait??? Wtf. If I hadn't already paid I definitely would have left. What's happening with KFC? The service at this store is horrible! It been declining steady over the past few years. The store always feels dirty, not coming back, Mary Brown's is way better.
Most disgusting KFC meal ever. Chicken was burnt on outside and somewhat uncooked on the inside. Looked like it was sitting there for weeks. Gravy was even worse. Almost makes you want to through up... Not the KFC I remember. Will never eat KFC again. ??? if I could give zero stars i would.
The experience was okay, but if you are going to charge extra for extra tomatoes on a taco there needs to be extra tomatoes put on the taco!!Very odd how the consistency is always different at this taco Bell!!!Sometimes they are great and other times terrible!
so last night i decide to order online from kentucky fried chicken 391 weber street north waterloo ontario it said 40 minutes for delivery order at 5:30 pm by 7:00 pm still no delivery so i call the number serval times keep getting busy signals.i sent a email to customer service got a email back gave them the store address never hear anything back from them.so what is kfc going to do about this issue.this is noway to run a store.very poor customer service.i will never order fron kentucky fried chicken again gord
I was here at Taco Bell for dinner as I. Every time I'm in kw. They were crazy busy and only a few of them working bit they worked before n stop while I watched them.They did an amazing job my large order was prepared fasted then I had thought it would be and it was non stop Uber eat people while I was thereEvery single person working there should get a raise. Slow and dirty but when you have a craving for tacos or dirty seagull this is your only option. They could really do with an interior overhaul and clean up the outside as well. I do drive through, which is slow, but that way avoid seeing the inside.Food is what you expect - fries supreme are always a tasty treat.
Most disgusting chicken I've ever eaten, one of the drums I bit into was slimy and a greenish-brown color, just threw out the whole 4 piece chicken. Had 1 taco tho and that was good, but that's all fake food anyways. Taco bell part is the only decent part
Noticed no one was going into the store so we tried to go through the drive-thru like everyone else but after 10 minutes of waiting in a drive-thru line that wasn't moving, we left the line. An employee finally came out & informed everyone that the drive-thru speaker wasn't working & we had to go inside. No sign out there to say anything was wrong & more people continued lining up in the drive-thru after the employee went back in. Kinda ridiculous but I guess that's what you get for choosing KFC.
The worst KFC visit ever, I have bought 2 cand dine combo, fries and chicken popcorn literally I have to make up my mind that those are for two people, it was like kids meal from mcd. Fries was like they have made 2 hours before. Chicken was not juicy at all, it was too chewy that I have to through some part of it, baby spoon of mayo and spread inside. I also have ordered new scorcher sandwich. No one can differentiate my order by having look between regular famous chicken and scorcher sandwich.
We ordered from Uber Eats and the burger was dry or over fried. There wasno Ketchup,No buttermilk Ranch Dip andNo bottle of milk.We paid extra for that and still it was missing. I would not recommend this KFC place to anyone.Also, when we tried contacting Uber Eats about this issues, they clearly state that this problem you have to directly deal with KFC. Not sure why they are charging Delivery fees and Service charges, when they can’t even provide service for such issues.
