The restaurant staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The noise level was low enough that we could have a wonderful conversation around the table. Overall the food was very good.
I’ll start by saying the management here is top tier. I had a bad experience and management immediately gave a great response which got me back in. We ordered 2 new dishes and had a great experience telling me the bad experience was a one off. I’ll definitely be back and good on management for winning some customers back.
The service was not great. The food wasnât fantastic.
Just had salt and Vinny fish. I guess they get their chips from the dollar store, because there was no vinegar flavor on the batter. The batter was also tough. Prices have gone up too, as coffee was near $4, and this wasn't Starbucks! Their restaurant had many cobwebs above the booths, to which they seated people underneath. This restaurant needs to realize people can eat better at home, for cheaper price and for better comfort. Kelsey's, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves!
Great service today. Had lunch with my beautiful daughters. We were seated fast, they were prompt with drinks , appetizers and meals. Thank for the good service today
I visited with a couple of friends.ambiance is pretty good and well maintained.Food and drinks aren’t that good. They were understaffed and the staff were in a rush. Though the staff tried to be friendly, I could clearly see they are super busy. I have ordered for nachos and toppings were missing and when I asked about it, I got them in small cups and they asked me to add them by myself.
We usually enjoy our meals from Kelseys- ordered many times during pandemic lockdowns for take out and always had a great experience. My son chose to eat here for his graduation supper tonight. We were disappointed. The server after asking for things like crayons for my son to use with the childrens menu and a take out package for a salad not eaten and a desert for our sons meal were all forgotten. The fries and wings were cold and the pasta was soupy with sauce . not sure if it was an off night for our server but it was not a good experience- we will stick to take out if we eat at Kelsey’s again
Food and service were terrific! We were a party of six and each of our meals and drinks were great. Victor was a great waiter. Very attentive and professional. Definitely returning!
Horrible service. Fries were burnt and cold. Spoke to manager was told that’s how he likes his fries. Crispy lol. They were cold and burnt. Waitress would go to kitchen and not come out until we had her called 3 times. We were the only table in there and it took 45 min for a refill of drinks after we had to get up and go looking for our waitress. Very disappointed. Regular customer but this is the 1st time we have had such an awful Father’s Day lunch.
Food and service are great but prices have soared. $20 for a chicken CEASAR salad????? Will be shortening our visits from weekly to once a month when it costs this much
