The worst Shawarma I ever had. Tomatoes are not cut properly and had bad foul smell.The chicken was not tender.
A good, standard Shawarma place. The portions, balance of spices and quality of meat have all been good when I have gone. The bread is especially notable: fresh and lovely. However, the location itself is normally a little untidy and staff can be hit and miss.
I used to get food here all the time but after my recent experience I won't be returning. They put their prices up and started charging for items they use to give out for free. They never updated their menu to reflect the increase in price. I was overcharged and I was told over the phone I would be given money back next time I came in. I came in the next day and the person working said they wouldn't give me any money back and that the person who spoke on the phone with me didn't know the prices.$7.99 for a salad plus a new $1.50 fee for adding one vegetable to the salad. With tax that's $10.91 they are charging $11.28 double check the total when you order from this business.
I order two chicken platers and the portion was very small. The salad was very simple. Plus you have to select between two sides. One of that options is the salad and the other is the hummus and sauce. Really? That should be part of the platter. Shawarma is recognized as a good portion. I don't recommend this place.
WORST LOCATION EVERWent to get a chicken shawarma poutine and by the time I got home, which was 5mins drive. The meal was mushy, didn’t taste anything like the other locations. The portion of this meal was very tiny the person making the meal didn’t know the order of the shawarma poutine. I don’t recommend going to this location ever. Best location and staff is the one in sunrise plaza in Kitchener beside the Starbucks.
One of the best Poutine and wrap in town. I had gone there on Sunday evening with my friend and I should say that they have the best customer service (esp. the staffs behaviour). The poutine was one of the best I’ve ever had and the wrap was just yummy. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks me.
Delicious and juicy meat. Spice blend is perfect. Garlic sauce and hot sauce are pretty punchy but the amount is below average so if you like spice order it hot instead of medium. Highly recommend the chicken sandwich with the good bread. Service was as expected. No notable interaction.
Ok so I love the food here, I come here all the time..but the staff are brutal 90% of the time and that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. You have to literally hold their hand and watch them make your food if you want it done how you asked. I won’t even call ahead and pick up anymore because the food is never correct unless you WATCH them and remind them multiple times. Which I hate doing because I don’t want to be that person. ANYWAYS, despite all this the portions are pretty good, the bread is made in house and is delicious, and the sauces are so good too. Also the chicken is always cooked to perfection.
There was maybe 2 table spoons of meat , as you can see lol, and none under the rice a shame because it was good !
Very disappointed with the Bridgeport iShawarma location. I ordered a junior chicken shawarma platter with rice and as you can see, the portion size is half of what we normally get. $12 for this much food is totally unacceptable and is a joke when you have so many other fair options nearby. Save your money and go to Lazeez, Mozy’s, Ace or literally any other restaurant. Will not be returning.
