If you have ever had a Halifax donair and are craving one, don't go here.1st sign that it was the wrong place for a donair, it is called iPotato2nd sign that it was the wrong place, the guy had no idea what I meant when I asked for a traditional donair.Needless to say, it was not even close to a donair and a waste of a drive from Cambridge.
Portions are fairly large, but the actual food isn't anything special. I just felt like the favouring relied too much on the sauce and hummus. The falafel was bland to me, but the texture was decent. This is a good option if you're super hungry and need something quick.
Shawarma plate ..5 stars forTaste , portion size , well cooked and seasoned chicken , flavorful rice , pita chips , hummus ! Priced reasonable . Better tasting food compared to other shawarma joints .
Been going to these guys for awhile now. Talk about good value and serving sizes they make the best shawarma poutine. We also had the shawarma Jr platter. Thank you so much
I got a beef doner box split with rice and fries - it was awesome. Definitely a bit salty - but the portion I received was great for the amount of money I spent. Will definitely be coming here again. *Side note: I don't think they have shawarma here - I only saw doner options - but it worked out fine for me
We come here often, but the guy Paul makes the best sandwich and Poutine i have ever had.
