One of the worst experiences I've had for a burger place... Seriously, I wanted to like it. One burger was so covered in sauce, it was inedible. The one that was edible was horrible. Ridiculously small portions for the price paid. Fries were way over-salted... We ordered 2 regular burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. We got 1 large fry, and 1 small fry? A 2 litre drink, and 2 cans, and only 1 edible burger. Nothing was right about our order, and nothing was even remotely good. Very disappointing...
Worse experience of ordering from here.I understand this place is inside another restaurant but some of the ingredients made NO SENSE.RICE INSIDE THE BURGER..... CHILLI FLAKES IN POUTINE!!! STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE LOOKED LIKE IT WAS TWO DAYS OLD. Worse quality of food.
This chicken burger was raw and made me very sick. Vomitting immediately and now have food poisoning. Never eat here
I ordered through uber. a cheese burger and poutine. The poutine tasted disgusting and was dripping with gravy. Other hero burgers I have went to the poutine tastes much better and so do the fries. The fries seemed very undercooked. I even submitted a photo to uber complaining about this food. The burger did not taste that much better. To be honest I felt kinda sick after eating here.
We bought two cheese burgers with potato and sweet potato fries. Everything was tasteless. Fries were like made of plastic.
The fries were soggy, they only gave 5 chicken tenders instead of 8, the burgers were small and the flavour was bad too.... not going here again. Everyone go to Chef on Call, that place is top notch!
Most uninspiring burger I have ever eaten. Maybe this is for you if you like the taste of unseasoned boiled beef... the burgers are well cooked and use good quality meat but the flavor is extremely plain, there is little to no seasoning and there is no crust or caramelization. Its like the meat was cooked 'sous vide' and then never finished on a grill or flattop.The buns are average at best and are covered in an absurd amount of sesame and poppy seed. All that could be overlooked if the burger was priced right, unfortunately this is one of the most expensive burgers you will find in town.
I don't meant to hurt the business but frankly one of the worst burgers I've ever eaten. I got it on skip and the bun was soggy and smelled weird, the patty was unseasoned, rubbery, and tasted like it was boiled or microwaved. I tried my best to finish the burger but couldn't as it just tasted that bad. I can't say anything about the service but I can't overlook how nasty the food was.
Loved the burgers! was so happy to finally find a Halal burger place in town. Beef is juicy, buns are fresh and fries are made to perfection. Their chicken was also really good!
Order was late by 10 or so mins. Too many people inside of the small confined space. More than 5 people were in the at one time. I avoided staying inside as much as possible.It is both auntie's kitchen and Hero Burger which was very confusing when I wanted to pick up food that ordered from Hero Burger.They should add a sign or something that indicates hero burger so that customers can find the place easier. Uber eats does not tell you that the hero burger is inside auntie's
