Tried to pay with Gino's Gift card and they refused it...... Why have gift cards if you wont take them. Also, no masks, no hair nets... Not the place you want to order your pizza from.... They should have a sign informing people they dont take Gino's Gift Cards.

I’m from Toronto, and wasn’t aware of the store hours, when I placed my order. Not only was the pizza delicious, but the guy working stayed open while he waited for me to finish shopping to ensure I get my pizza. Really great customer service, really appreciated it. Thank you
When I went to this location on January 24th 2022 at 6:15pm, the woman working the register with glasses and light coloured hair was wearing her mask on her chin, not covering either her mouth or nose. There are no shields of any kind in the store, no hand sanitizer provided for guest use. I was told to use a pen that was just used by the unmasked employee and another customer without sanitizing it to write down my order. This furthermore this woman was breathing onto the food and everything else as well. I did not complete my order and left. This is abysmal, and I will be making a formal complaint as well, but honestly if you have any genuine health concerns I would get your pizza somewhere else.
Good stuffs - The staffs were courteous and warm, loads of parking space and usually I love their pizza. Could improve stuffs - this time around the base crust was not well rounded and also I had ordered sausage as topping and they were not testing fresh not sure why. Also the menu were not displayed on the TV monitors.. which was annoying...

Proudly leaving side door open too, where you can see the backroom and the lack of care, and yet it's like they pride themselves on this. "Are you brave enough to eat our pizza?!" is the vibe. No thanks. Figaro's is nearby and far better. Go there.
I didn't realise how much we love the Bridgeport and Weber location of Gino's Pizza until we ordered from a different location when our local spot was closed for a day. The care they take is extra clear now. We order for delivery pretty often. The pies are consistently well-made, then delivered quickly and with care by friendly drivers. The Web Special is a good deal for 5 toppings on a large pizza.
I was appalled by the "service" I received at Gino's Pizza last night. When entering the location, I was not addressed for five minutes even though I was the only one there. In that time, I was horrified to see that none of the workers were wearing a mask. When I was finally spoken to, it seemed like I was inconveniencing them. I am tempted to call the Ministry of Health to report the lack of Covid precautions I noted while in the establishment for only a couple of minutes. I'm extremely disappointed
The pizza dough wasn’t cooked well, loooooots of tomato sauce and that was very annoying. And owner, you could have better staff in here.
