smoothies are tasty. salad portions are comparatively small and even they forget to add dressing
First time coming to this cozy and vibeful Freshii location, I found it very appetizing, all kinds of options from bowls, burritos, salad , wraps and more ! Would recommend 10/10!
A-Mazing vibe here. The location is beautiful and the people feeding me today are lovely people. I think the owner was in too at one point to check in on things and I overheard their conversation and he was so great with them saying to one of them how it’s great for her to be taking time off work and it was just nice to listen too. I’m definitely coming back here

My favorite location. Always order on mobile app and I have some special requests. They always nail our bowls and never disappoint. They make a bad day Amazing. The staff is always very friendly, personable and courteous. They are always smiling. Thank you Freshii on Erb for providing the best Oaxaca bowls with extra dressing!!! Have been multiple times now - and can safely say they are fantastic! Usually the same employees in there, and they are always so sweet and helpful. Food is super fresh and tasty to boot!
my colleagues and I just ordered from Freshi Erb Street in Waterloo. we work in a very busy pharmacy administering covid vaccinations so had to get a good meal. our soups were 1/4 of the size of the old plastic clear container ones which is not reflected on the online ordering and many of our additional toppings were missing. I have tried calling to address with staff but no answer. not happy
We came into this restaurant, but we didn’t expect to have such a nice time with the person inside, Miguel Borja is a knowledgeable guy, and a great employee, his attitude and personality just makes the whole experience so enjoyable. The freshness of the food was apparent and so delicious. I absolutely loved the strawberry banana smoothie he recommended and made.
Our experience with Freshii at this branch was amazing and that’s thanks to Miguel Borja. He makes amazing smoothies, and provides a top notch customer experience, any employee like this is an asset to their company. 100% Would recommend.
Excellent food, just like all the freshiis, and the building itself is much easier to get into than I thought, given the location
