Was just at the Courtice location today before work and I must say I will be back. The store was clean and a bonus for me the staff wash their hands as a healthcare worker for me that is huge! And the portions are definitely worth the money!! Cheers see you soon ?
A decent option if you are looking for a burrito. However, their prices have really jumped over the past little while and other establishments (Burrito Boyz in particular) are much cheaper. Burrito Boyz also allows you to swap the cheese for guac with no extra charge and that is a really nice option. All and all though, the quality of ingredients and burritos overall is still pretty good!
The staff at the Courtice store were awful to my daughter and when I called to try and talk to them I got hung up on. Terrible customer service. Never again
Should be called Big Nasty Burrito Co. Except my burrito was also tiny, so not Big Nasty. Small Nasty.
I visited the Brampton location I had a small sweet chili chicken naked and I got like four pieces of chicken little bitty pieces that were like hurt extra crispy, most folks would called it burnt. The rice was hard as rocks and wasn’t cooked long enough. I’ve been to other locations with much better food and portion sides.
Aweful customer service at the Courtice location on King St E. my husband went there aprx 30 min ago to pick up food for me. He was just opening the door, not yet inside, about to put his mask on, when the owner came in from the kitchen yelling at him to put his mask on. He tried to tell him to wait a minute and he literally kicked him out, saying this is his place of business, yelling in front of other customers. Disgusting behaviour! Don’t even give ppl a chance before assuming the worst
The customer service at the Belleville location this even was terrible. I arrived at 10:42 with no acknowledgement or greeting, I was completely ignored until I spoked up to ask if I can place an order. I ordered my food and finally got it at 11:03, waiting over 20 minutes for them to make 2 burritos and a dessert. I was the only person in the entire place and they weren't making any takeout orders at all. Three people working and the woman that was supposed to be making my burrito was talking on the phone on speaker instead of doing her job. terrible service, no manners at all. I hope the food is worth it because this was a crappy first impression of this establishment.
Hands down one of the worst burrito bowl, no sauce anywhere to be seen. Small portion with shredded bland boiled chicken, . Wouldn't suggest to anyone
I'm quite lethargic when it comes to writing reviews. But the staff showed such kindness that I had to. By mistake I placed an order at 306 King St W and went to get at 255 King St N. I don't have a car right now and went by foot. Upon realizing the situation, the staff and the manager graciously offered me the order at no extra cost. The mistake was all mine and they went out of their way to win over my loyalty. Thank you.I had bean n cheese burrito, sauted veg quesadilla. Oh, and I found a new side dish; crispy avacado slices. Don't miss it.
The food and service were amazing, however it was to hot inside. Felt hotter inside then it did outside... waited for my food outside. It's currently 29 outside...
