Came for dinner and had a great time. Our server was friendly and quick, able to get drink orders in right away. House bread was warm and fresh. Ordered the chicken parmigiana with a side Caesar salad. Large portion sizes, a giant piece of chicken that was well breaded came out nice and hot, crispy outside with a juicy inside. Nice family atmosphere, good value for what you pay.
Always absolutely delicious. It's our favourite place for date night. Staff is friendly, and prices feel reasonable for the quality.Only suggestion is that the food needs to come out faster if they're going to implement a 90 minute rule. Last night we were about 10 min late (our fault) but we finished our entrees at pretty much the last minute. If we had wanted dessert thay time, an extra 10 minutes might not have had us out on time.Anyway, still 5 stars, it's a tough time and they're very busy. Recommended
My family and I had take out from the Kitchener location on Valentine's Day. I haven't eaten here since before the pandemic, and the food was just as good as I remember. The customer service at the time of pickup left a little bit to be desired, but, I'll chaulk that up to how busy they were because of the special day. We had starter ceasar salads, an order of spaghetti and meatballs, cappelletti, annabella and arrabiata. My family likes our pasta del Dante and all our orders were perfect. Everyone commented on how tasty the sauces were, my arrabiata could have been a little spicier but still very good. The portions were very generous, we all had pasta for lunch the next day. This has been one of my go to Italian restaurants in Kitchener and I'm so glad they have not been another casualty of the pandemic. Chin Chin!
I had the opportunity to visit both locations of this restaurant chain in Waterloo and Kitchener. Really delicious food! A warm and authentic atmosphere. Amazing menu. Also really enjoyed the Arrabiatta with spicy/hot tomato sauce, Nonna's Gnocchi and Aglio Olio. There are vegetarian options (though not many) and you can buy fresh pasta to take away. The staff is friendly and patient while you try to order in Italian :) One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in the Waterloo Region. Everything feels homemade. Definitely worth a try!
Ordering in quarantine? Ennio's has been the best and most fresh I've ordered from. SO FRESH - in fact - that I've had the containers melt a little! LOL. I won't fault Ennio's for that - they were trying to get it to us as fast and hot as they can! And it always is. They're very generous and consistent with their quality and portions. Please give them a try!
Incredible food. I bring both my boyfriend and my mom here because I love it so much! Some of the best Italian food I've ever had. The portion sizes are generous in most cases and the quality is absolutely amazing, 11/10. Now every other Italian place I go to pales in comparison to here. The staff (at both locations) are also very friendly and even remember us every time we come, which is super nice.
High quality and authentic Italian. The mussels were great. The shrimp is a bit bland. The service here was good as well. Bread was served beforehand. It is a bit of a pricey place but it's worth its cost.The tiramisu is also authentic. The taste satisfaction of my dish was pretty good - looking forward to trying other dishes.
Always amazing pasta and food. The food is amazing here and the service is always warm and welcoming. This latest trip was my first time doing take out from Ennios and it was nice an hot when I got home!
Decent place. Giving 4 stars because the servers and servings are excellent. Ive been to Italy so my precious 5 stars for an Italian restaurant is something hard to achieve
Been to this location a few times in the past and recently got take out from here.Food was fantastic like always. Pizza is amazing, Caesar salad delicious and pastas to die for.Like how they have online ordering for take out.
