Besides a little higher on price (blame it on economy!!!).. the quality of the ice creams are good here on all days. I took the choco Dilly bar, and it's same as the one that you get at any ice cream stands in India. Taste wise, and content wise.
Clean establishment. Service could be a bit quicker. Also they don't accept cash unless you have the exact change. Just ice cream & deserts available. Double the price of other places for a small ice cream. Won't visit again.
My son picked us up treats from DQ tonight. He ordered and paid for 2 large Strawberry Sundaes. They were the tiniest things I'd ever seen. They cost enough money but I've had this happen on many occasions, at this location.Hey DQ, it would be better to give a better serving, than lose customers. I was thinking of ordering their largest Birthday Cake, for my husband's 50, in a couple of weeks. I think it will be a Zehrs cake now. You don't deserve the business.
Very friends, smiling staff. The deserts speak positively for themselves. I must try their savery choices. I must also get one of these ice cream cakes....
They don't take cash ,which is a bummer .But they make it up with the amazing blizzards they serve .The girls there are wicked and can decorate cakes beautifully
Always slow because there's never enough staff. They always seem to be training, probably because of high employee turn over. They refused to give change to a customer while I was there.... seems really sketchy.
They won't give out change if you pay with cash. So they're stealing people's money for no reason. Completely inappropriate and unacceptable.Legal doesn't mean it's good practice. You only care about easy money and screw anyone who has cash. Appalling.
If you pay with cash you do NOT receive change back for your transaction. All of your change is put in a gift card. This is an awful policy!
Ordered 2 small blizzards; Kitkat flavour and the Choco Brownie Extreme. Both flavours tasted good but the Choco Brownie Extreme was the best. The service was quick and the store was clean. The ice cream also didn’t melt quickly and they turned the cup upside down to show the blizzard. While the blizzards tasted amazing, I found it disappointing that the amount of ice cream for both cups was significantly different despite ordering them both at the same time. I hope that they do manage their quality control and ensure that all portions are similar since their ice creams are amazing and I would love to come back.
I went there with my friend and we ordered Chocolate shake and Moolatte Mocha, they were really great and our order were ready in few minutes. Quick service, less crowd and great flavours.
