A nice and spacious community mall that has a little bit of everything. There are even many stores here that are no longer in bigger cities like in Toronto area and the food court is extremely spacious and pleasant, and plenty of parking is available.I especially loved how friendly everyone is at the mall, and there's a lot of fun places for sports and/or pop culture memorabilia. The Indigo is also huge and impressive.
It’s really close to university and college which make it go to place for students. Various stores are available and best part is sales crew are helpful to find things rather than being pushy salesperson.Food court have lots of options. Mall is really well maintained. Multiple washrooms are available and found it clean most of the time.
I purchased something as a birthday present . I was only in People's store so can only speak to their service . The sales lady was very nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable without being pushy .I have purchased several pieces of jewelry here in the last couple of years and always have received great customer service
Huge mall, has a good set of shops.I went on a Friday and it was a buzzing with young families and people. They had stuff to see in partnership with a food bank, lots of fancy displays.Good size mall, a happening place when you are in Waterloo
Still as it was over ten years ago, a good place to shop and still has all of the typical mall stores and kiosks that anyone can need.
This mall is not what it used to be. Many of the stores feel like 'fillers', if that makes sense. Many are just empty, random clothing stores with out of date trends. Definitely need some more stores introduced. Otherwise, it is always clean and the food court is nice. Better than most Ontario malls, haha.
This is a good mall!! It is much improved since renovations (admittedly a little while ago) and continues to improve on a regular basis!! A great selection of stores are available, which will meet almost everyone's needs. It has a food court with the usual selection of fast food choices, but it's clean with a good amount of seating available. Accessible washrooms, which are cleaned regularly, with touch-free amenities - especially important in these days of Covid!! It has a great Zehrs, which I shop at regularly, and a Hudson's Bay at the other end if you feel so inclined ...... It's certainly not a "super" mall, which makes it easily navigable and convenient to get around. Generally a good amount of parking is available except during peak holidays, as you might expect at any mall. Accessible by bus from virtually every part of the region, it will meet all of your shopping requirements!! Recommended....
Mall is fine but the parking lot might be the worst design I’ve ever seen. All sides are bad, there is no easy area for parking. Dead ends and choke points everywhere, and the poor winter maintenance makes it far far worse. Bring LOTS of extra patience just for the parking lot.
Decent mall with something to do, a various selection of stores allowing to spend your day browsing. The atmosphere is okay. Cineplex close by so you can catch grab lunch and catch a movie later.
It's a decent mall in Waterloo area. Not the best it's good .
