I just loved the original architecture of the old Walper Hotel that was preserved at this Coffee Culture. Stamped tin ceilings and mosaic floors. Great decor.Very, very reasonable prices, and they serve breakfast all day. I had the breakfast sandwich, which was ok. Processed almost melted cheese, egg and the typical "sausage". Coffee was good. They offer ceramic mugs for dining in, instead of disposable cups, which is really nice to see.
Visited Kitchener for the first time, and we stumbled along this little coffee shop. The building is beautiful and the entry way is super neat! We were hoping to experience a little warm place to go where we could enjoy some food and drinks and just relax away from the hotel. This place did not disappoint at all! We ordered the cheesecake and some simple clubhouse sandwiches. What we got was above and beyond. The cheesecake is seriously perfection. And how do you say no to Peanut Butter Fudge Brownie Cheesecake anyways!? The sandwiches were crisp and light, with fresh seasoned vegetables. The seasoning is scrumptious. We stayed the weekend and we loved our experience so much we made time to stop in before heading to the airport for more cheesecake. This time we got two peices, two flavors ?. The atmosphere is quiet, and cheerful. Definitely felt welcomed here in Kitchener, mainly thanks to Coffee Culture Cafe.
Bought the worst assiago breakfast bagel in Stayner today. Egg was overcooked and dry, ONE piece of bacon on a dry toasted bagel and the coffee was lukewarm. The lady who does the cooking really needs to understand that we are paying for our food and are entitled to a reasonable meal. NEVER again sad to say!!
The food and coffee are decent but they advertise a $4.99 English muffin breakfast sandwich with coffee and then refuse to honor the deal when they're out of English muffins, even when replacing the English muffin with a slice of bread (they changed us the more expensive bagel price) or omitting the bread entirely. They also forgot the soup or salad with my sandwich. I get that food prices are getting expensive but they really need to work on customer service
My first visit was wonderful. The ladies were super friendly and they made my coffee perfectly the way I want it. I really would love to visit again.

My Daughter and I have visited this location twice in the last month and LOVED it!!! Coffee tasted very watered down felt it was overpriced for what I was given. I was there with my partner for roughly 20 min and one of the baristas approached us asking if we were finished. He inform us that there was a policy that does not allow people to sit in for more than an hour and asked us to leave. When I said we were there only 20 min he just walked away. We left. I see other peoples suggestions for coffee in the area. Might get better coffee and service from them.
