Ordered mango passion fruit slush with pearls. Yummy. There was a bit of a line and they were doing lots of orders but it was.pretty fast.
They did NOT make my strawberry latte properly just because they were busy… I even pointed out to the lady that my latte looked very different compared to the other one next to mine and her response was “They’re exactly the same!” Even tho it was so obvious they looked nothing alike and it was the SAME drink omg! I said nothing after that I was just so shocked how rude she was lol… was NOT expecting that kind of poor customer service:/Did NOT taste the same as the last time I got one that was made properly…
I always order regular pearl milk tea! I’m a big fan of bubble tea, and coco is my first choice ! Not giving 5 starts cause my friend ordered strawberry latte which was too sweet and not up to the mark.
This place better be experiencing a fire or something to just refuse orders and phone calls 6 hours before closing :)
There's typically a long wait especially during weekends and holidays because of university students. However they still manage to produce great tasting bubble tea.
Great and efficient staff, easy online order/pick up, quality bubble tea. The tapiocas are always so fresh, soft, and chewy! Best bubble tea in the city! We are regular customers. Thanks for all you do, hope the employees are treated well.
I've been to this location twice and have had a wonderful experience both times. The quality of the bubble tea here is great and the staff I've interacted with are SUPER nice! I will definitely come back here again. :)
Coco's is easily my favourite bubble tea store in Waterloo for my go to brown sugar bubble tea (75% sugar as I find regular too sweet). In my experience I have found they tend to run out of brown sugar pearls towards the end of the night, so I try not to visit them near closing. There is usually a long lineup, so I would suggest ordering ahead using their app. The only downside is they close at 10pm. I wish they stayed open later!
Best bubble tea in town! I especially like their caramel milk tea latte!
