Just finished eating my very first burrito from your Waterloo location. It was perfect! My buddy Attila recommended I go there as I was highly dissatisfied with other burrito places. These places call a burrito that looks like a cigar large. Total rip off.My search is now over so long as the freshness, quality and price are maintained. Keep it up Burrito Boyz!!
Ordered 2 burrito bowls and content was very less. Even paid extra 2 bucks for protein but it was just as much as you get without extra dollars. Previous ownership was better and other stores are better.
Be aware!! They will talk about you thinking you don’t understand the language. Very unprofessional customer service. We took 2 naked burritos and they were dry as hell. Not enough toppings added and not enough sauces. Never going back.
Staff is too rude. Need to train on customer service. No social distance monitored and showed wash their hands after broom and then handover the order

Burrito Boyz is my absolute favorite burrito place in kw. I'm so glad they finally reopened. Awesome burritos and great, friendly staff. Please don't close again.
Good value and quality. The way the toppings are put to one side and the meat put to another is a little annoying though.
