Bad customer service.The staffs at night are very mean for some reason. I understand it’s late but if you’re frustrated when customers come in, just don’t pick this shift. They literally yelled at us.
great food but it took a long time to get my order.. and they would only give me one dipping sauce for onion rings
Place was mad busy and I almost didn't go inside to order... But surprisingly the line moved really fast and not much time waiting at all.They were polite and the order was exactly as it was ordered, thanks for that!
Horrible service, The guy taking orders got the worst attitude, I asked him for jalapeno cheesy bites and he gave me chicken nuggets and when I brought back to tell him about thr mistake, instead of accepting and applogizing for his mistake,he instead tells me that I must have ordered nuggets as he does not make mistakes. Well you dumbo ,u did make mistake and its ok to accept mistakes. Also, I do not think you suppose to put those nuggets back in the tray
Worst Burger King in the city. I knew this and still tempted fate with delivery. Big mistake. Took 30 minutes to prepare a whopper with poutine and a coke. What I received was a cold whopper, french fries in a bowl, gravy (no cheese) and a Dr Pepper. Stay away. The one on Victoria isn’t much better but better nonetheless.
Uhhh this place pretty average but the food service is sooo slow. I was watching the worker go turtle speed (you can see the workers in this restaurant). Anyways despite their lack of speed, I like the guy with the green shirt.
I went to the burger king in waterloo and had one vehicle in front of me already at the window. Took the 15 minutes to take my order. When i got it, my burger was cold and bun was stale fries tasted like they sat there for hours. Will never go back here. Their service has become disgusting. When i pay $50.00 i expect my burger to be warm. Stop precooking your food and letting it sit while you all walk around on your cell phones.
As always this location fails to do the very least of what is asked of them.Nice try guys, you almost got lettuce on the burger...Floor is always dirty, food is always cold. I love giving these guys another chance and each and every time they let me down. Whoever is doing the hiring for this location...Try again.Brutal.
The guy doesn't want to sell stuff. Never seen anyone clean a table. Im here for cheap food, don't expect anything good. Food was not bad
I went to this Burger King tonight and they were swamped! The drive thru was full, people in the store placing orders, orders coming in and also UberEats coming in to pick up orders. I had to wait awhile but didn't mind considering the stress they were under trying to keep up with all the orders. Good job you all deserve a thumbs up!
