We sat on the patio where there were hardly any guests due to the cooler weather and the patio offers a warm and closed in feeling the way the tables, etc. are placed. - it was great.The food is always good and the music wasn't too loud which was good as I was having a good time with my three grandkids. I strongly recommend this eating establishment.
I had lunch there. Being a vegetarian it's hard to find something.However, I had Creamy Mushroom & Spinach Bake Pasta and also Spinach and Artichoke Dip.I would say it was worth it, so delicious, mouth watering ??If you are also a vegetarian or want to eat something amazing you should try it once.Hope that my review will be helpful for someone ??
We are in town for a volleyball tournament this weekend and I called here last week to make a reservation for our team and was told they wouldn’t take a reservation for Friday night by a woman on the phone. Our coach went over when he arrived in Waterloo and spoke to Rob, who was happy to reserve tables for us! When we arrived at the restaurant, Rob made sure we were happy and taken care of and he was SOOOO friendly! As was our server, Chris! Chris was friendly, efficient and got everything perfectly right! He recommended drinks for everyone that we all enjoyed, and he effortlessly took care of our large group. They were closing and we didn’t even feel rushed out! Such a great experience! We will absolutely return to this location. Thanks Rob & Chris! You guys are gems!!
Good location. The server was really good and the food came out really fast. Salads and pastas we ordered were all a large portion and tasted great. I definitely recommend this location.
Service was very very slow. Took at least 15 mins to get our drinks, at least 30 mins to get our appetizers, and a little over an hour to get our food. On top of that, when we got our food it was cold. Not even warm. Straight up cold. It seemed that the serving staff were inexperienced and found out from who I think was the manager (who was nice, I’ll give her that much) that the kitchen staff was also new. We still tipped the waiter because it’s not the poor kids fault. Management should not be putting inexperienced staff to run the place and should’ve been properly trained. Also, food kept being taken to wrong tables throughout the evening I noticed, our table included. A major rehaul of the dine in experience is necessary for customers to even want to return.
Went here for the first time with friends and had amazing time there. Food was amazing and pizza was one of the best we had so far. Service was also quick and staff was pretty polite and friendly. Restaurant was quite empty but it was overall great experience.
The food was good and hot waitress wasn't very knowledgeable but she tried her best.
Megan’s service was great, she took our order wrong and then proceeded to not return to our table until bill time even when all 3 of us stared directly at her talking to a friend for 30+ mins(we started a timer). Then she never came by with a machine to pay,(understandable, the photos on her phone looked like they were interesting), so we had to go to the front counter to pay.Very COVID friendly, great social distancing!
Server ruins experience...My family and I have been coming to this Boston pizza for over 10 years, but tonight the server has ended our run. I understand people have bad days, I have worked in Retail Management for 30. However, tonight I got my product cold, and missing 2 elements ( I order the same item almost everytime, plus I know what cilantro is) I explained to server that I got not cilantro, or lime, and the first thing out of her mouth is..."yes you did"... I didn't think I would have to show her, but I did, she still argued, so I said, just take it back, its cold anyway, she then offered to remake my order, I thought maybe there is a redemption moment, so I agreed. Well almost 35 minutes later, I get my new order, my family is long done their meal...I get it, still cold tortillas and a lemon instead of lime...anyway...my grandson does not get checked in to see what he wants for his included dessert, we ask for bill, another 15 minutes...long story short your server with her abrupt, rude service has lost you a lifelong customer.
Had an amazing experience here. I have gotten takeout before and it's always excellent. I sat in today, my server was amazing, food was great. Overall a great dining experience.I wish that the interior was nicer but otherwise excellent.
