Great ingredient, gluten free option and great service. A+ experience!
I’ve been going to this location ever since they opened last year. But lately the service is lacking and tonight was also a bad experience. I ordered two mild chicken burritos and asked for white wraps. After the man came back from warming them I noticed they were wheat. I politely told him I’d like white ones. Upon coming home I noticed one is labelled wheat and one is labelled white and one is in fact whole wheat. Tastes so gross. After telling the man that I would like white the second time, he was very rude afterwards. I think I will find a burrito place after my experiences at this location lately. Seeing all the other bad reviews kind of validates that this location needs to be more courteous and customer service focused as they are a new restaurant and I’m sure would like to keep their customers!!
Excellent test. Always good quality and fresh food for all time.I tried serval times and its always same taste i liked it.
Got 6 tacos and a quesadilla. Fish tacos are good. Chicken tacos are not so good. Quesadilla was ok.
just ordered and got half an order, with enough stuff to fill a cracķer,watch out delier might take ur food ,and the place wont stand behind there product, all good ,,,,not dont waste ur time and reading i c alot of angry customers come on at a time like this please stand behind ur food
I've been loyally going to Barburitto around town for 2 years. The immature female working December 5 2021 gave the worst experience by far. Every simple request that I've had no problem receiving for 2 YEARS, all the sudden she ready to go to war with. I will not return to this location with that child serving there.
Already selected my location once, have to do it again to see the menu with prices. Just trying too see some prices, but i guess you have to start an order to do so. I don't have the time or patience to wrestle with marketing tactics anymore. I do hear its a fairly good though. Upped it to a neutral 3 stars. Don't want to hurt the ratings average when I didn't even try the food.
So, this rating is based on my experience at the Bridgeport plaza bar burrito. The stuff were awesome. The fish tacos were really good. The bowl had ample amount of shrimps in it. One thing to note, this branch does not serve halal meat, but there are some branches that do, so you might want to ask first before ordering and eat only halal meat.
Worst service ever.., they are not putting toppings which I asked them they are saying we have this method to make it and we will follow that. I just asked them to put some veggies on extreme fries and they said we can’t put it. Where is that rule?? If it is so Thn why you are displaying your veggies on counter.Other store are far better they put things whatever we like on it.In this case fries were taste blank.Also, I asked for refund they said they are not returning money in any case. Alas! This is your customer service???I like to eat at barburrito but I will never return to this store. Super bad customer service and taste was worst. Keep my money with you that only thing you want. You don’t even know how to make customers happy.
Unreliable food descriptions. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and they put bean and soy proteins when I did not order this.They told me they can’t do anything when they had a fake description.
