I can't get enough of this place. I never feel guilty about eating here. It's real food and tastes awesome. Love me some reaper.
Tried burritos for the first time, loved them.? Best place to have burritos. Highly recommended!
They make the Best Burritos and Quesadillas. The service and food provided is really good. Nice hospitality. Cleaniness would be 5 star too.
I understand this is a low end Burrito joint, but this place is horrible. From staff that have a hard time with language, to counters that are a mess, runny beef, sides that are lacking.. Take a big pass!
So it was a ok/good food but the wait was longer than expected. Preordered for a time and it was like 30 min later. I was ok with it and know that they were working as fast as they can - but staffing is a challenge.
Found a hair in my burrito… 2022 and this is still happening. On top of that the lady making my burrito seemed lousy .1* because the burrito tasted great until I had to throw it out because of the hair or else it would be a 0.
dont have this franchise back home so i was really impressed with the big jerk chicken burrito that i got there. it was absolutely massive, like too fat to even eat it easily. i loved it.

Very poor serviceI ordered burrito bowl no meat she filled the bowl with black beans a small amount of rice i think it was 3 or 4 small scoops ive been to other locations and never had an issue with the portions I regret come to this locationI threw away almost half bowl of beans.Never going to this location again.....
I used to come here often but I found the other barBURRITO locations in the area to be better than this one. I always get their bowls. This location doesn't organize the toppings in the bowl as nicely as the Conestoga Mall location or the Bridgeport location. This is okay but I stopped coming to this location because the white lady with the short hair is a little rude and condescending towards the racialized staff and customers.
