The worst A&W ever don’t bother going there! Orders all messed up. Over charged and under cooked!
Well I used to like this a&w but they have completely lost my business. A drive through should not take 30 mins for a few wraps. When I brought this up to the worker she prompted me with payment and told me to have a good day completely disregarding the issue. Absolutely pathetic will not be back again and I advise everyone else to stay away unless you want to spend your lunch break in a drive through.
Won't be back here ever. Ordered A burger and fries, after waiting for 5 minutes was told to pull in front of the store as the fries were being cooked. While waiting watched 4 orders walk out the door and 7 cars go through the drive thru with no issue whatsoever. When the order finally got to me the burgers were pretty cold from waiting as were the fries. No receipt was given so couldn't leave a review from that site but wanted to say something.
Just picked up food from your establishment. Wait time was ridiculous which I understand but your staff being ignorant and very unprofessional when trying to get our order is just gross. We were also charged for drinks we never got because your machienes are currently down. I will not be coming back. A&w is one of my favorite places but your branch is disgusting and severely disappointing.
I love the food served here.Their customer service is excellent, and I really like their manager because she handles complaints very well.
DO NOT order their onion rings. Twice in a row the onion rings were soggy with the batter falling off. And sooo greasy. I honestly cannot understand what this location does to the onion rings but they are disgusting and will give you a wicked belly ache. They are so bad head office should be looking into them. AVOID.
Just want to share my daily experience here in A&W, with their staff's excellent customer service in delivering the food accordingly in adhering to the promise time. The whole dining area is well-maintained and has a good ambiance to dine in. As a regular customer, I just wanted to commend their managers who always been consistent in assisting their team to provide great service at all times. Kudos to you, guys!
I super love their foods here. It is a perfect place to chill. Their customer service is excellent and I really love their manager because whenever there is a complaint, she handles it very well. Good job to you. Keep up the good work guys!
Last time I will ever use this location. Twice now I've had to wait up to 30 mins for my order while drive-thru gets priority. 9 cars went through,9, and that's after they took almost 10 mins just to take my order. They just were not acknowledging anyone at the counter today. Super super unprofessional.
Everything was great! I order here all the time and they never disappointed me. Totally worth the money!
