Worst customer service ever. I don't even know why 7/11 hires employees like that. An employee named Saruchi was so disrespectful and lazy! Oh my! I can't contain my anger while typing this. I went there like 2 or 3 weeks ago. There were only 2 employees that day and the line was really long. The other counter was closed and there was only 1 lady with a short hair taking orders.(i did not see her name). I saw this girl "Saruchi" in her name tag, did not even bother to help her colleague when she was obviously not busy. She even rolled her eyes instead of assisting us and walked back. I hope 7/11 do not hire this kind of person. Lazy and lacking customer service skills.
Please note I repeat please be informed I was just there today at 10 pm I opened a pack of nachos to put cheese on them. The lady and the gentlemen at the front said there was no cheese ? and they put the lid on the nachos and put it back on the rack. I touched them with my hands and had covid 6 days ago . I told the lady please do not put that back I will buy it or please throw it out she was very angry with me and the gentleman with the glasses and blue mask got in my face and told me to sush….and pointed his finger in my face . I told him I was positive for covid 6 days earlier and he needed to throw that out. Again I would not post this but felt it was very important and will be notifying public heath please be careful. They need to be regulated more often and please I encourage customers speak up for security and public health purposes.
Worst 711 experience. Employee did not know how to ring in gift cards and tried to charge us twice for the same thing. He did try to work with the manager to have it figured out. The manager did not coach him rather told him what to do in an aggressive tone. Seriously look at your Management at this store. Very poor experience which took over 20 minutes to figure out. Please train your staff as this is a management issue not a front line issue.
After filling up a full tank of gas i was denied access to washroom due to covid. I was basically lied to because no such covid rule was mandated by city of Waterloo. It is left basically at their discretion whish measures they will take. In such a bussy intersection closing the washroom seem rather like skipping everyday cleaning annoyance.I will never again visit that place.
Went there for gas lot was not plowed got stuck, they said washroom was closed at 11 pm. & it says 24 hours so l would never get gas here again. Worse place l have ever been and lady was rude in the store. Not helpful at all. Wouldn't have needed the washroom had l not got stuck in their lot.
This location has all sorts of stuff for a one stop shop and no wait for coffee like tim hortons
Why is it for the 4 months everyctime i ubereats a biggulp i get flacour less water no matter what i order. fix your shir.
Terrible customer service. They sold me the wrong item but I didn't notice until I got back to my car, I went in right away to try and get it fixed and they refused to do anything about it. Will never be shopping here again and will be telling all friends and family to avoid 7 eleven
I had the pleasure of speaking to the manager if the store today and appreciate how much he looks out for his customers. He wants to ensure all of his customers are happy and satisfied whenever they come visit his store. He's very friendly and open to hearing feedback. I received some of the best customer experience I have ever seen today after my interaction with him. I will be visiting his store a lot more often from now on.
Just left and I must say that this by far was the most disgusting 7-11s I have ever been to. Some girl lost a sandles because the floors were so sticky by the slurpee machines. All the candy below the till was covered in slurpee. Absolutely no social distancing, no hand sanitizer and no concern from the employees. Thank God there is another one by the university because I am never going to this one again.Update: open the donuts I just bought and found mold on them!?Again, absolutely disgusting!
