I've ordered quite a few times from this location and everytime I order the chicken is very moist on the outside. The texture just doesn't feel right and makes you want to gag. Their beef burgers are good, nothing negative to say about them.
Service was absolutely excellent here!We were dining in. I have never seen an employee at a fast food restaurant, come out to dining area and check up on everyone. Making sure everyone was happy. It was awesome to see!
Friends and I were at the drive-thru ordering and I asked if they had any MUG root beer. The person who was taking our order said yes but when we pulled up to the second window, I took a peek at their soda fountain and they only had Barq's!!!! ??? I was completely lied to, if they didn't have MUG root beer, I'd rather would have drank water compared to the mudwater Barq's.
this wendys is great as it is close to where i live but the drive thru always takes FOREVER to get through. the food and service is suburb otherwise!
now who doesn't like eating out but damm this wendies are awesome but there are some problems like I had to wait around 6-7 minutes just to give my order not because it was crowded it was pretty much empty no body came to take order I would have been a 4 or even 5 if they fix their problems but hopefully next I will be better
Let me preface this review with Wendy’s is my favourite fast food joint. This is the first of many ratings to come of my Wendy’s experiences across the GTA and beyond.I ordered a bacon deluxe burger at the drive thru. I learned that I was served a Dave’s single in the parking lot while taking my second bite—with no receipt provided in the takeout bag.It was warm and well dressed but the onions were cut too thick. Perfect bun. Seemingly huge square patty. Service hear gets a 2 star and the burger itself gets a 3.Thanks Wendy
The new Wendy's on Sheppard near Weston Rd is a disaster. The sign on the drive thru window is still showing a sale item so I order it. Get to the window and I am charged full price. I told the cashier that if it was no longer a sale price maybe they should take down the sign. As she is ignoring me I told her to cancel. (Not being at all rude) The cashier rudely says "yeah I am giving it to you for $4.00. Like I made the mistake. So again they wonder why people such as myself do not spend our money there anymore. Not the first problem with this specific store
Visited Wendy's at Jane and Major Mackenzie at around 8:30 on Sunday, October 17. This location shared space with Tim Horton's . The tables at Tim's were blocked off and their customers took there orders over to the Wendy's section where seating was available. First and foremost - no one asked to see our proof of vaccination. I also could not believe how dirty it was - the indoor garbage containers were over-flowing with garbage and we had to ask an employee to come and clean our table. Needless to say, we got our order and left.
The worst customer service possible. Staff made an error at the drive thru by providing me the wrong items,. Which I have to go back to the drive thru and advise them, and they completely blame me for their error and took the wrong item away and refunded me $2 for the side. I parked my car and went back in with the items trying to explain to them what I want and want to return everything with a full refund. Was yelled at by their manager for wasting their food and suggest that I should never be ordering food from Wendy's anymore. At that point, I feel I am in a hostile situation in front of all his subordinate and decided to just leave with whatever cash he decided to refund me.If I can give ZERO star, I would. The manager there need some serious training.
Customer service is great but the food was very disappointing at this location
