I had absolutely no bad experience of any kind and did not have to deal with rude, unreasonable behavior of the staff.As in most Tim Hortons, the service was fast and courteous, and the ambience was comfy. Furthermore, the restaurant is at a very convenient location with a parking lot.
Always packed and takes long. Whoever orders the whole menu in drive thru shoule be told to go inside. Lol!

Nice location, fresh donuts, Muffins , chicken Wraps & of course fresh Coffee. Very busy but the friendly staff served quickly.
Remember when Tim Horton's staff focused on their job rather than screaming out horrible singing that was louder than the customers..... Obviously the lack of training and professionalism has lead to this noise pollution. This is not a burger joint or a bar. To top it off both of the female's are tone deaf. That's what rap music is for. I put this on the management. Their still going at it as I type this out... Ridiculous. So much for a quiet coffee and sandwich... Will never come to this location again. Disgusting
I ordered food and drink for my breakfast from the app, however there was only drink in the bag. I called the store, obviously they don’t want to take any responsibility to solve the problem. They told me to report on the app. I would never order from this Tim anymore!!
If there is less than 1 star I could give 0. So mean and rude customer service from Indian staffs. I order 2 sandwich separately from mobile order but they just gave 1 and said that I only order 1. The worst part that they thought we were wrong and they just so rude and mean talking back to us. Terrible Tim Hortons service I ever seen.
The worst Tim Hortons ever!!I just left the store (Thursday, February 17, 2022. at 12:30 PM) after having the pettiest argument with the supervisor. She was a black lady; I didn’t get a chance to get her name; otherwise would have posted without a hitch!I ordered two farmers egg and cheese wraps and waited there for 7 minutes; to be exact, the supervisor made them and handed them over to another person. The person said, “That’s not my order” I stepped in and claimed it to be mine, and she straight up refused to give me, and no other person was waiting for the wraps and sandwich pickup section.She threw some remarks to which I just reacted to leave the store. Unacceptable!
Lied to my face. I confirm with the lady making my bagel is double toasted. She said yes. Nope it didn't even melt butter and bagel is raw. I understand that you made a mistake and didn't pay attention to the orders coming in but don't lie to me you made the bagel you know what you did or didn't do
