I came here after work and felt so bad for the two girls working today. They were completely alone, and on a training shift (one was a trainee and one was a trainer), no one else. How is that allowed or okay? Especially during rush hour? They were obviously exhausted and seemed overwhelmed working alone. The shifts need to be scheduled better for these employees so they can work without this kind of stress and inconvenience to customers. I didn’t get their names but I hope their day goes a little better. Thanks for working so hard despite the unfair challenges you faced today.
Need more Timbit flavors, only had 1 the few times I went. Otherwise friendly staff, good quality food and fast service.
November 25 around 6:20 ish the ladies serving there were rude. We weren't rushing them for our order but when the person behind us gets their coffee we just ask where is ours. The lady then said in an irritated voice “i dont know!” Then rolled her eyes on us. We never rushed them and was talking to them nicely. They could have been understaffed but i think there was a better way of handling that then what she did
The store didn't have food items at 6 pm. However I only went once and had a great coffee.
Most Tim Hortons are garbage now but this one stands out as one of the worst. The staff sound like they hate that you've arrived and will put zero effort in preparing your food. The coffee will be burnt, the sauce will be scarce, the meat won't be hot enough, and the hashbrowns will be hard as plastic. Enjoy!

I stood at the counter and NO ONE was there. The workers were all at the drive thru. I stood for a few minutes and someone was leaving because her shift was finished and instead of letting them know there are people waiting(there was someone else waiting), she just left! The other potential customer left and I eventually left as well. This service is APPALLING and the customers weren’t able to order food and contribute their hard-earned money towards this business. Who knows how long they were back there completely ignoring their other customers? I am ASTRONOMICALLY upset and something needs to be done.
AVOID THIS TIM HORTONS. STAY AWAY. WOULD HAVE GIVEN -10 IF POSSIBLE.Very poor service with my mobile pickup orderon Sunday. Took over 20 minutes upon arrival for pick up of 2 wraps....after which the server tossed at me in the bag. Turns out wraps spilled into the bag. No longer edible. Looked like fell on floor. No apology. I was made to feel I was inconveniencing the staff. Because it was a mobile order I must seek refund by emailing head office. Absolute worst consumer experience I have ever had. Avoid this location. Awaiting my appeal for a refund from customer service....It has been amost a week with no response to my customer service messages.
The staff at on the weekends a very very slow and it's organized it takes forever together simple coffee
