Yesterday I went to this location and I and very bad experience with one of the staff member who's taking the order was so errogant and in terms of customer service big zero . I'll not go second time

Very nice staff. I love going to this location. They do a wonderful job. Very friendly and make my coffee the right way. Never had a problem with my order. I give then 5 stars.
They use the cloves to handle money, same gloves to server customers, some of staff they put their finger in the cup when trying to pick it. They put the lid on the cup and push it with the unclean gloves, the lid first think touch the customer mouth.
Yesterday night I came here to grab a coffee in my break time. The lady was so rude to me but the boy handled the situation very well. She has to do something with her attitude.
