Really racist staff, rude behavior.. no manners. Don't know how to work.. don't go there , otherwise face insult and rudeness then...
I had a wonderful experience at this Tim Hortons! I went through the drive thru and it was nice and clean and also was really quick. I got my double double coffee and wrap quickly!
Racist disgusting place. Most racist people in the city are from the subdivision beside this Tim’s. They only like to help they’re own.2 lanes at this Tim’s. I was ordering, as I finished a Muslim lady pulled up to order in the next lane. The lady asked me to hold on 1 second. As the lady finished ordering she pulled ahead of me to the window. Then the lady said to me, ok you can come now. As I pulled up to pay I asked if they did that on purpose and the girl laughed and pointed at the other Muslim lady.Serving their own people first. And wonder why you get hate? This is so disgusting and terrible and direct representation of certain people.
Ignored by the staff for 10 minutes at the order here line. no one would take my order, forced to walk out and leave.
This is the worst Tim Hortons drive tru/ store I have ever been to and the experience inside isn’t any better. The majority of staff are slow and rude. I always seems like it’s their first day at the job. After the seeing the huge lineup at the drive tru I went inside and waited for 15 mins in line- didn’t get acknowledge at all- workers just kept looking at me at not saying anything. Most the time the orders are wrong and when you try to let the staff know you never get an apology or acceptance. Just horrible customer service.
It is worst service ever. They didn’t care the walk-in customer. I had been waiting for more than 10 mins without any attention.
Went to store 3 times today long wait when there's no cars in the drive threw AND got my order wrong 2 times had to go back....there to busy talking to each other
One of those experiences where you get the feeling while ordering at the drive thru that this isn't going to go well. I asked while paying to make sure the order was received right, and she repeated everything back correctly. I decided not to mention one coffee was the wrong size (S instead of M). I drove away once my last item was delivered, and realized a few moments later they had given us someone else's order instead of mine.
Waiting in line for 10 mins.. but they’re taking drive orders no problem but if you walk in they ignore you because they are theming to hit there window target
Worst service. Rude drive thru service. Missing order. Unacceptable behavior.
