This tim Hortons is always out of stuff and they don't carry a lot of stuff, like chicken noodle soupOnly good for coffee and other major itemsAny time I've gone there has been very minimal line so can't comment about speed or service, but their lack of soup or chilli bugs me
i love this group of stores,2 sisters and a brother,Dad worked hard setting up the family,,thats what i like best about them,family,customer service,and their ***(long term staff) knows how to run the businesses,orders are quick fresh and correct!✌❤???
This is the most terrible Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Had a couple bad experiences but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Firstly, their speaker is terrible in the drive thru. On one occasion, I asked for an iced oat latte. At the window, they handed me a hot latte with a cup of ice. I said I ordered it iced and the girl at the window took it from me nicely and said oh I'm so sorry, one moment. Behind her a woman grabbed it from her and rolled her eyes at the girl. RUDE. Now today, ordered an iced OAT latte. Received an iced latte with REGULAR MILK. This is not okay. People have real allergies/intolerances. I could not drink what I paid for!
The owner is an awesome person; this is my regular spot as well some of friends in the neighbourhood that pickup a coffee or two on the regular.Unfortunately, (minus the few original staff members from before - whom go above and beyond) the intelligence of the new staff is not there, sorry to say.
Extremely rude drive through service. Not only does the speaker not work properly, but the lady working daytime shift at the drive through is extremely ignorant and rude. Horrible customer service. She charged me twice for my order and snapped at me when I could not hear what she was saying, even though she was the one who messed up. Never got my money back.
One of the slowest Tim Hortons by far. Drive thru and in store. No matter what time or day. Always slow. Been like this for years. Totally under staffed.
Doesn't serve food at 9:30 but is open til 11. No all day breakfast. Not open for walk in at 9:30, only drive thru
Service at this location has steadily gone downhill. Really disappointing. Have resorted to only ordering coffee here, and half the time they still get the coffee order wrong.
Despite not many tables to clean they can't keep up with the cleaning chores. If you pay them more maybe they will do more?
I was just at this Tim Hortons a chilly combo but the problem was had no more chili oh don't you have hot food on a cold day prepared just in case you aren't up surface was not great if they knew they were running out of a popular item they did not think to prepare another container of chili they waited to the out before they did that you blame the manager for not overlooking a company in the kitchen that is her or his job to do I have 20 Food Service are we always made sure the popular with always available that's what happens we have people who don't care about the job they were three of the customers wanted it also there are three cells they lost as they say Tim Hortons head office does not care what we say about them long as we go there until they care
