Terra used to be our favourite restaurant for years This time the service seemed to be rushed and very poor for the high end restaurant itâs suppose to be. There were many servers but it seemed like nobody knew what they were doing and you didnât feel welcome. We saw our server only once when he took the order. When we found a fly in our wine we had to wait for someone to come and get us another glass of wine. When the bill came we were charged twice for the wine I know it was a mistake but it shouldnât have happened and the worst nobody came over and apologized. Nobody came to say goodbye or thanks for coming when we left which left a bad feeling overall Unfortunately we donât think we will visit Terra again any time soon

For a high end restaurant, I felt very rushed. Portions were small too. Bread wasn't fresh or warm and white wine was warm and had to be chilled. I was disappointed.
We have been to Terra for our anniversary every year of our 23-year marriage. The restaurantâs food has grown from when it was just an oyster bar back in the day to demonstrate a maturity of the palate and an exquisite melange of Canadian fare. The gnocchi are like pillows of heaven. The steaks are perfectly done. Expensive but so worth it.
We love Terra! Food is top level. Weâve been going there for years and the wait staff is always the same. They know your name and are fun to talk to. Music had a vibe last night. Love it all the time.
Disappointed the advertised live jazz at 9:30 PM didnât happen, the menu is quite limited and the wine list lacks sufficient reasonably priced Italian reds. The service was incredibly good, likely the best anywhere in the area.
