Ordered online for 5 people, was told the order would be ready for pickup at 9:37 p.m. Showed up on time. Order wasn't even made. They took my name, and disappeared into the kitchen to make our meal. People who ordered as we were waiting to get pick up our order received theirs before us. I stopped the girl working cash and expressed how for 20 minutes while they were making my order, no one came out to update us and asked why people who ordered after my order was supposed to be ready have theirs already. All she said was sorry. Spoke to what appeared to be a female manager and she told me they ran out of chicken (yet they were still able to make our order). I told her they need to do better for their customers and inform them, and she brushed me off. Terrible customer service. Food is on par with other locations but terrible service. Embarrassing to be honest.

Decent service, food was hot. Even had a robot bringing food to the table, that was a neat experience.
The quality of the food was very poor and the portion is considerably less than other locations. Will never go back here again.

I ordered from this location via Uber Eats. They forgot my Chalet sauce. I had to drive to pick up their mistake. No courtesy by the staff, just handed me 1 sauce.They have no sense, acted like it was nothing.Atleast could have offered me a extra sauce or side for the error.Uber is also useless

Haven’t been here for a while but I had to come during thanksgiving. ? The new chalet poutine has to be my new favourite item here. It combines all your favourites; chicken, fries, cheese curds, and of course chalet sauce! Highly recommend that new item. ??

I bought the WW quarter children dinner combo. I got one small piece of chicken along with a large bottle of water. I am light eater and I am on diet but this was no a way meal. I very disappointed in the portion of the meal, so small.
