Went here for dessert. The restaurant although on the smaller size was fine for quick dining with friends for a treat.The staff were nice although there was a strange smell of fish which got a bit distracting while trying to have dessert.We got one cheese cake and two waffles,The cheesecake was definitely frozen and defrosted and served, it was not the best. It had blueberry’s inside that were frozen hard and hard to bite into.Both waffles were taken a bit long to make, more than average. They were supper hard and very very cold, although the appearance was nice the food should’ve tasted better. They got our order wrong because everything is online and asked us to pay prior receiving the food (which is never a good thing!)The prices were fair and very good, I would come again but not too late where you feel rushed.
A great spot for food and desserts! Love the service however it can get busy during peak hours. We absolutely love their dessert options. They serve shaved ice, bubble tea, cakes, toasts, and more. This place is AMAZING!!! They have a great selection of entree’s and appetizers, and a great selection of desserts (If you’ve been to Hong Kong you’ll recognize them). Their baked pasta, chicken popcorn, and honey sausages are delicious, while their selection of desserts such as cremes and shaved ice taste amazing. The food items I referred to are also just scratching the surface of their menu because it’s huge!I can only say one negative thing is that sometimes during busy hours the customer service seems to drop a bit, but it isn’t without reason, they are trying to serve everyone, while also completing online orders and other things.This was a great place that my wife and I enjoy in area, and we will be coming here as often as we can, though our waistlines might get a bit bigger because of it.
Terrible service and foods safety, DO NOT go there. The spoon is unclean and has stain on it, the sago didn’t cook thoroughly as well. The staffs kept chatting to each other and ignored our request.
Unique desserts, good location, although seating could be a bit more comfortable. One of the best cheesecakes I've had at any place!
Not too happy with the service here. We called ahead and asked for 3 waffles. They said they were closing in 30 mins but reluctantly agreed.We then called back a minute later to add one more waffle but they said it was sold out/couldn't be done because it would take 30 mins to make. I'm not sure why we couldn't add just one more.We were trying to be respectful and call ahead and get food to go before closing but the serving staff treated us like we were stopping them from leaving early or something. Like I get you are closing in 15 mins but as a store you should remain open to customers until the indicated closing time.
I love the dessert from sugar marmalade, their taiwanese shaved ice is super refreshing. I also love the pop corn chicken as well, i recommand you guys to go try their popcorn chicken and shaved ice.
Great Service and delicious food. During COVID time, it is not easy to find a restaurant serves huge portion in affordable price. Definitely a chill spot for family and friend gathering.
The original egg waffle tasted great! Service was very slow even though it wasn't busy.
Absolutely amazing experience! Great food, great prices and excellent service! Not sure how can anyone give 1 star but I assume everyone has their own experience.
