Excellent service! Usually they use too much ice in iced drinks however this time it was just right. Ask for very light ice.
In middle of a thunderstorm, my 12 year old and his friends were thrown out because they kids were panicking, didn’t know what to do when they left Wonderland and took shelter there.Your humanity and compassion is really admirable
This Starbucks closes at 10pm as it says online but the workers closed it at 9:30pm, the drive thru sign and everything was on but no one was answering, when we drove up to the window the workers just looked and avoided, they couldn’t even come to the window to say it was closed the Asian girls headpiece was on and blinking so she also heard us at the drive thru, don’t understand how Starbucks hires workers like these.
Speedy, not terribly busy. Always polite and drinks are always accurately made. Friendly, positive seeming staff. The patio isn't amazing but it has tables, chairs, and umbrellas so you can't ask for much more.

I was driving through Vaughn to Hamilton and stopped to get coffee and use the washroom. I had seen this reusable tumbler cup as i was ordering and got it as well as an iced caramel macchiato which is always my go to. The girl who took my order was knowledgeable about the products and had informed me on the Starbucks rewards program, which I can gain points per purchase on (and didn’t previously know about).
If you are going to charge me for a Grande tea when I only want 1 tea bag, I should be automatically given the 2nd tea bag! I shouldn't have to ask once, let alone twice!When you let the tea steep for the correct amount of time, 2 tea bags are not necessary for a Grande!
Great location with amazing and kind staff. Warmed the food and came to my table to give it, great atmosphere aswell.
Was helped by Stephanie during my visit here. She gladly checked ingredients for me and also retrieved a non holiday card for me to purchase, even though they weren't the ones on display. She was very nice and super helpful. It was a positive visit, and I'd definitely come back here again.
I had a very bad experience in this store, a coffee maker made my customized coffee with wrong components and I found out they said they will make a new one, however I waited there for 20 mins. Then I said thank you to her, she didn't replied and showed her attitude. Gross statbucks store. Hope nobody will come here again.
